Job 19:2How long will ye vex my soul, And break me in pieces with words? How long will you make my life bitter, crushing me with words? How long will ye vex my soul, and crush me with words? How long do you afflict my soul, and break me in pieces with words?
Job 19:3These ten times have ye reproached me: Ye are not ashamed that ye deal hardly with me. Ten times now you have made sport of me; it gives you no sense of shame to do me wrong. These ten times have ye reproached me; ye are not ashamed to stupefy me.Behold, these ten times you confound me, and are not ashamed to oppress me.
Job 19:4And be it indeed that I have erred, Mine error remaineth with myself. And, truly, if I have been in error, the effect of my error is only on myself. And be it [that] I have erred, mine error remaineth with myself. For if I have been ignorant, my ignorance shall be with me.
Job 19:5If indeed ye will magnify yourselves against me, And plead against me my reproach; If you make yourselves great against me, using my punishment as an argument against me,If indeed ye will magnify yourselves against me, and prove against me my reproach,But you have set yourselves up against me, and reprove me with my reproaches.
Job 19:6Know now that God hath subverted me [in my cause], And hath compassed me with his net. Be certain that it is God who has done me wrong, and has taken me in his net.Know now that +God hath overthrown me, and hath surrounded me with his net.At least now understand, that God hath not afflicted me with an equal judgment, and compassed me with his scourges.
Job 19:7Behold, I cry out of wrong, but I am not heard: I cry for help, but there is no justice. Truly, I make an outcry against the violent man, but there is no answer: I give a cry for help, but no one takes up my cause.Behold, I cry out of wrong, and I am not heard; I cry aloud, but there is no judgment.Behold I cry suffering violence, and no one will hear: I shall cry aloud, and there is none to judge.
Job 19:8He hath walled up my way that I cannot pass, And hath set darkness in my paths. My way is walled up by him so that I may not go by: he has made my roads dark.He hath hedged up my way that I cannot pass, and he hath set darkness in my paths. He hath hedged in my path round about, and I cannot pass, and in my way he hath set darkness.
Job 19:9He hath stripped me of my glory, And taken the crown from my head. He has put off my glory from me, and taken the crown from my head.He hath stripped me of my glory, and taken the crown from my head.He hath stripped me of my glory, and hath taken the crown from my head.
Job 19:10He hath broken me down on every side, and I am gone; And my hope hath he plucked up like a tree. I am broken down by him on every side, and I am gone; my hope is uprooted like a tree.He breaketh me down on every side, and I am gone; and my hope hath he torn up as a tree.He hath destroyed me on every side, and I am lost, and he hath taken away my hope, as from a tree that is plucked up.
Job 19:11He hath also kindled his wrath against me, And he counteth me unto him as [one of] his adversaries. His wrath is burning against me, and I am to him as one of his haters. And he hath kindled his anger against me, and hath counted me unto him as one of his enemies. His wrath is kindled against me, and he hath counted me as his enemy.
Job 19:12His troops come on together, And cast up their way against me, And encamp round about my tent. His armies come on together, they make their road high against me, and put up their tents round mine. His troops have come together and cast up their way against me, and have encamped round about my tent. His troops have come together, and have made themselves a way by me, and have besieged my tabernacle round about.
Job 19:13He hath put my brethren far from me, And mine acquaintance are wholly estranged from me. He has taken my brothers far away from me; they have seen my fate and have become strange to me.He hath put my brethren far from me, and mine acquaintance are quite estranged from me.He hath put my brethren far from me, and my acquaintance like strangers have departed from me.
Job 19:14My kinsfolk have failed, And my familiar friends have forgotten me. My relations and my near friends have given me up, and those living in my house have put me out of their minds. My kinsfolk have failed, and my known friends have forgotten me.My kinsmen have forsaken me, and they that knew me, have forgotten me.
Job 19:15They that dwell in my house, and my maids, count me for a stranger; I am an alien in their sight. I am strange to my women-servants, and seem to them as one from another country. The sojourners in my house and my maids count me as a stranger; I am an alien in their sight. They that dwelt in my house, and my maidservants have counted me a stranger, and I have been like an alien in their eyes.
Job 19:16I call unto my servant, and he giveth me no answer, [Though] I entreat him with my mouth. At my cry my servant gives me no answer, and I have to make a prayer to him.I called my servant, and he answered not; I entreated him with my mouth.I called my servant, and he gave me no answer, I entreated him with my own mouth.
Job 19:17My breath is strange to my wife, And my supplication to the children of mine own mother. My breath is strange to my wife, and I am disgusting to the offspring of my mother's body.My breath is strange to my wife, and my entreaties to the children of my [mother's] womb.My wife hath abhorred my breath, and I entreated the children of my womb.
Job 19:18Even young children despise me; If I arise, they speak against me. Even young children have no respect for me; when I get up their backs are turned on me.Even young children despise me; I rise up, and they speak against me.Even fools despise me; and when I gone from them, they spoke against me.
Job 19:19All my familiar friends abhor me, And they whom I loved are turned against me. All the men of my circle keep away from me; and those dear to me are turned against me.All my intimate friends abhor me, and they whom I loved are turned against me.They that were sometime my counsellors, have abhorred me: and he whom I love most is turned against me.
Job 19:20My bone cleaveth to my skin and to my flesh, And I am escaped with the skin of my teeth. My bones are joined to my skin, and I have got away with my flesh in my teeth. My bones cleave to my skin and to my flesh, and I am escaped with the skin of my teeth. The flesh being consumed. My bone hath cleaved to my skin, and nothing but lips are left about my teeth.
Job 19:21Have pity upon me, have pity upon me, O ye my friends; For the hand of God hath touched me. Have pity on me, have pity on me, O my friends! for the hand of God is on me.Have pity upon me, have pity upon me, ye my friends; for the hand of +God hath touched me.Have pity on me, have pity on me, at least you my friends, because the hand of the Lord hath touched me.
Job 19:22Why do ye persecute me as God, And are not satisfied with my flesh? Why are you cruel to me, like God, for ever saying evil against me?Why do ye persecute me as ùGod, and are not satisfied with my flesh? Why do you persecute me as God, and glut yourselves with my flesh?
Job 19:23Oh that my words were now written! Oh that they were inscribed in a book! If only my words might be recorded! if they might be put in writing in a book!Oh would that my words were written! oh that they were inscribed in a book!Who will grant me that my words may be written? Who will grant me that they may be marked down in a book?

Job 19:25But as for me I know that my Redeemer liveth, And at last he will stand up upon the earth: But I am certain that he who will take up my cause is living, and that in time to come he will take his place on the dust; And [as for] me, I know that my Redeemer liveth, and the Last, he shall stand upon the earth; For I know that my Redeemer liveth, and in the last day I shall rise out of the earth.
Job 19:26And after my skin, [even] this [body], is destroyed, Then without my flesh shall I see God; And ... without my flesh I will see God;And [if] after my skin this shall be destroyed, yet from out of my flesh shall I see +God;And I shall be clothed again with my skin, and in my flesh I will see my God.
Job 19:27Whom I, even I, shall see, on my side, And mine eyes shall behold, and not as a stranger. My heart is consumed within me. Whom I will see on my side, and not as one strange to me. My heart is broken with desire.Whom I shall see for myself, and mine eyes shall behold, and not another: my reins are consumed within me.Whom I myself shall see, and my eyes shall behold, and not another: this my hope is laid up in my bosom.
Job 19:28If ye say, How we will persecute him! And that the root of the matter is found in me; If you say, How cruel we will be to him! because the root of sin is clearly in him:If ye say, How shall we persecute him? when the root of the matter is found in me,Why then do you say now: Let us persecute him, and let us find occasion of word against him?
Job 19:29Be ye afraid of the sword: For wrath [bringeth] the punishments of the sword, That ye may know there is a judgment. Be in fear of the sword, for the sword is the punishment for such things, so that you may be certain that there is a judge.Be ye yourselves afraid of the sword! for the sword is fury against misdeeds, that ye may know there is a judgment.Flee then from the face of the sword, for the sword is the revenger of iniquities: and know ye that there is judgment.
