| Psalms 50:1 | The Mighty One, God, Jehovah, hath spoken, And called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof. | <A Psalm. Of Asaph.> The God of gods, even the Lord, has sent out his voice, and the earth is full of fear; from the coming up of the sun to its going down. | Unto the end, a psalm of David, | A Psalm of Asaph. The God of gods Jehovah hath spoken, And He calleth to the earth From the rising of the sun unto its going in. |
| Psalms 50:2 | Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God hath shined forth. | From Zion, most beautiful of places, God has sent out his light. | when Nathan the prophet came to him after he had sinned with Bethsabee. | From Zion, the perfection of beauty, God shone. |

| Psalms 50:12 | If I were hungry, I would not tell thee; For the world is mine, and the fulness thereof. | If I had need of food, I would not give you word of it; for the earth is mine and all its wealth. | Create a clean heart in me, O God: and renew a right spirit within my bowels. | If I am hungry I tell not to thee, For Mine [is] the world and its fulness. |
| Psalms 50:13 | Will I eat the flesh of bulls, Or drink the blood of goats? | Am I to take the flesh of the ox for my food, or the blood of goats for my drink? | Cast me not away from thy face; and take not thy holy spirit from me. | Do I eat the flesh of bulls, And drink the blood of he-goats? |
| Psalms 50:14 | Offer unto God the sacrifice of thanksgiving; And pay thy vows unto the Most High: | Make an offering of praise to God; keep the agreements which you have made with the Most High; | Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation, and strengthen me with a perfect spirit. | Sacrifice to God confession, And complete to the Most High thy vows. |
| Psalms 50:15 | And call upon me in the day of trouble; I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me. | Let your voice come up to me in the day of trouble; I will be your saviour, so that you may give glory to me. | I will teach the unjust thy ways: and the wicked shall be converted to thee. | And call Me in a day of adversity, I deliver thee, and thou honourest Me. |
| Psalms 50:16 | But unto the wicked God saith, What hast thou to do to declare my statutes, And that thou hast taken my covenant in thy mouth, | But to the sinner, God says, What are you doing, talking of my laws, or taking the words of my agreement in your mouth? | Deliver me from blood, O God, thou God of my salvation: and my tongue shall extol thy justice. | And to the wicked hath God said: What to thee to recount My statutes? That thou liftest up My covenant on thy mouth? |
| Psalms 50:17 | Seeing thou hatest instruction, And castest my words behind thee? | Seeing that you have no desire for my teaching, turning your back on my words. | O Lord, thou wilt open my lips: and my mouth shall declare thy praise. | Yea, thou hast hated instruction, And dost cast My words behind thee. |
| Psalms 50:18 | When thou sawest a thief, thou consentedst with him, And hast been partaker with adulterers. | When you saw a thief, you were in agreement with him, and you were joined with those who took other men's wives. | For if thou hadst desired sacrifice, I would indeed have given it: with burnt offerings thou wilt not be delighted. | If thou hast seen a thief, Then thou art pleased with him, And with adulterers [is] thy portion. |
| Psalms 50:19 | Thou givest thy mouth to evil, And thy tongue frameth deceit. | You have given your mouth to evil, your tongue to words of deceit. | A sacrifice to God is an afflicted spirit: a contrite and humbled heart, O God, thou wilt not despise. | Thy mouth thou hast sent forth with evil, And thy tongue joineth deceit together, |
| Psalms 50:20 | Thou sittest and speakest against thy brother; Thou slanderest thine own mother's son. | You say evil of your brother; you make false statements against your mother's son. | Deal favourably, O Lord, in thy good will with Sion; that the walls of Jerusalem may be built up. | Thou sittest, against thy brother thou speakest, Against a son of thy mother givest slander. |
| Psalms 50:21 | These things hast thou done, and I kept silence; Thou thoughtest that I was altogether such a one as thyself: [But] I will reprove thee, and set [them] in order before thine eyes. | These things have you done, and I said nothing; it seemed to you that I was such a one as yourself; but I will make a protest against you, and put them in order before your eyes. | Then shalt thou accept the sacrifice of justice, oblations and whole burnt offerings: then shall they lay calves upon thy altar. | These thou didst, and I kept silent, Thou hast thought that I am like thee, I reprove thee, and set in array before thine eyes. |
