Of David.> May the Lord give ear to you in the day of trouble; may you be placed on high by the name of the God of Jacob; | May Yahweh answer you in the day of trouble. | Psalms 20:2 | Send thee help from the sanctuary, And strengthen thee out of Zion; | May he send you help from the holy place, and give you strength from Zion; | Send you help from the sanctuary, Grant you support from Zion, | He doth send thy help from the sanctuary, And from Zion doth support thee, |
| Psalms 20:3 | Remember all thy offerings, And accept thy burnt-sacrifice; Selah | May he keep all your offerings in mind, and be pleased with the fat of your burned offerings; (Selah.) | Remember all your offerings, And accept your burnt-sacrifice.
