| Job 33:6 | Behold, I am toward God even as thou art: I also am formed out of the clay. | See, I am the same as you are in the eyes of God; I was cut off from the same bit of wet earth. | Lo, I [am], according to thy word, for God, From the clay I I also, have been formed. | Behold God hath made me as well as thee, and of the same clay I also was formed. |
| Job 33:7 | Behold, my terror shall not make thee afraid, Neither shall my pressure be heavy upon thee. | Fear of me will not overcome you, and my hand will not be hard on you. | Lo, my terror doth not frighten thee, And my burden on thee is not heavy. | But yet let not my wonder terrify thee, and let not my eloquence be burdensome to thee. |
| Job 33:8 | Surely thou hast spoken in my hearing, And I have heard the voice of [thy] words, [saying], | But you said in my hearing, and your voice came to my ears: | Surely thou hast said in mine ears, And the sounds of words I hear: | Now thou has said in my hearing, and I have heard the voice of thy words : |

| Job 33:12 | Behold, I will answer thee, in this thou art not just; For God is greater than man. | Truly, in saying this you are wrong; for God is greater than man. | Lo, [in] this thou hast not been righteous, I answer thee, that greater is God than man. | Now this is the thing in which thou art not justified : I will answer thee, that God is greater than man. |
| Job 33:13 | Why dost thou strive against him, For that he giveth not account of any of his matters? | Why do you put forward your cause against him, saying, He gives no answer to any of my words? | Wherefore against Him hast thou striven, When [for] all His matters He answereth not? | Dost thou strive against him, because he hath not answered thee to all words? |
| Job 33:14 | For God speaketh once, Yea twice, [though man] regardeth it not. | For God gives his word in one way, even in two, and man is not conscious of it: | For once doth God speak, and twice, (He doth not behold it.) | God speaketh once, and repeateth not the selfsame thing the second time. |
