Psalms 25:1Unto thee, O Jehovah, do I lift up my soul. <Of David.> To you, O Lord, my soul is lifted up.By David. Unto Thee, O Jehovah, my soul I lift up.Unto the end, a psalm for David. Judge me, O Lord, for I have walked in my innocence: and I have put my trust in the Lord, and shall not be weakened.
Psalms 25:2O my God, in thee have I trusted, Let me not be put to shame; Let not mine enemies triumph over me. O my God, I have put my faith in you, let me not be shamed; let not my haters be glorying over me.My God, in Thee I have trusted, Let me not be ashamed, Let not mine enemies exult over me.Prove me, O Lord, and try me; burn my reins and my heart.
Psalms 25:3Yea, none that wait for thee shall be put to shame: They shall be put to shame that deal treacherously without cause. Let no servant of yours be put to shame; may those be shamed who are false without cause. Also let none waiting on Thee be ashamed, Let the treacherous dealers without cause be ashamed. For thy mercy is before my eyes; and I am well pleased with thy truth.
Psalms 25:4Show me thy ways, O Jehovah; Teach me thy paths. Make your steps clear to me, O Lord; give me knowledge of your ways.Thy ways, O Jehovah, cause me to know, Thy paths teach Thou me.I have not sat with the council of vanity: neither will I go in with the doers of unjust things.
Psalms 25:5Guide me in thy truth, and teach me; For thou art the God of my salvation; For thee do I wait all the day. Be my guide and teacher in the true way; for you are the God of my salvation; I am waiting for your word all the day.Cause me to tread in Thy truth, and teach me, For Thou [art] the God of my salvation, Near Thee I have waited all the day.I have hated the assembly of the malignant; and with the wicked I will not sit.
Psalms 25:6Remember, O Jehovah, thy tender mercies and thy lovingkindness; For they have been ever of old. O Lord, keep in mind your pity and your mercies; for they have been from the earliest times.Remember Thy mercies, O Jehovah, And Thy kindnesses, for from the age [are] they.I will wash my hands among the innocent; and will compass thy altar, O Lord:
Psalms 25:7Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions: According to thy lovingkindness remember thou me, For thy goodness' sake, O Jehovah. Do not keep in mind my sins when I was young, or my wrongdoing: let your memory of me be full of mercy, O Lord, because of your righteousness.Sins of my youth, and my transgressions, Do not Thou remember. According to Thy kindness be mindful of me, For Thy goodness` sake, O Jehovah. That I may hear the voice of thy praise: and tell of all thy wondrous works.
Psalms 25:8Good and upright is Jehovah: Therefore will he instruct sinners in the way. Good and upright is the Lord: so he will be the teacher of sinners in the way.Good and upright [is] Jehovah, Therefore He directeth sinners in the way.I have loved, O Lord, the beauty of thy house; and the place where thy glory dwelleth.
Psalms 25:9The meek will he guide in justice; And the meek will he teach his way. He will be an upright guide to the poor in spirit: he will make his way clear to them.He causeth the humble to tread in judgment, And teacheth the humble His way.Take not away my soul, O God, with the wicked: nor my life with bloody men:
Psalms 25:10All the paths of Jehovah are lovingkindness and truth Unto such as keep his covenant and his testimonies. All the ways of the Lord are mercy and good faith for those who keep his agreement and his witness. All the paths of Jehovah [are] kindness and truth, To those keeping His covenant, And His testimonies. In whose hands are iniquities: their right hand is filled with gifts.
Psalms 25:11For thy name's sake, O Jehovah, Pardon mine iniquity, for it is great. Because of your name, O Lord, let me have forgiveness for my sin, which is very great. For Thy name`s sake, O Jehovah, Thou hast pardoned mine iniquity, for it [is] great. But as for me, I have walked in my innocence: redeem me, and have mercy on me.
Psalms 25:12What man is he that feareth Jehovah? Him shall he instruct in the way that he shall choose. If a man has the fear of the Lord, the Lord will be his teacher in the way of his pleasure.Who [is] this the man fearing Jehovah? He directeth him in the way He doth choose. My foot hath stood in the direct way: in the churches I will bless thee, O Lord.
Psalms 25:13His soul shall dwell at ease; And his seed shall inherit the land. His soul will be full of good things, and his seed will have the earth for its heritage. His soul in good doth remain, And his seed doth possess the land.
Psalms 25:14The friendship of Jehovah is with them that fear him; And he will show them his covenant. The secret of the Lord is with those in whose hearts is the fear of him; he will make his agreement clear to them. The secret of Jehovah [is] for those fearing Him, And His covenant to cause them to know.
Psalms 25:15Mine eyes are ever toward Jehovah; For he will pluck my feet out of the net. My eyes are turned to the Lord at all times; for he will take my feet out of the net.Mine eyes [are] continually unto Jehovah, For He bringeth out from a net my feet.
Psalms 25:16Turn thee unto me, and have mercy upon me; For I am desolate and afflicted. Be turned to me, and have mercy on me; for I am troubled and have no helper.Turn Thou unto me, and favour me, For lonely and afflicted [am] I.
Psalms 25:17The troubles of my heart are enlarged: Oh bring thou me out of my distresses. The troubles of my heart are increased: O take me out of my sorrows. The distresses of my heart have enlarged themselves, From my distresses bring me out.
Psalms 25:18Consider mine affliction and my travail; And forgive all my sins. Give thought to my grief and my pain; and take away all my sins.See mine affliction and my misery, And bear with all my sins.
Psalms 25:19Consider mine enemies, for they are many; And they hate me with cruel hatred. See how those who are against me are increased, for bitter is their hate of me.See my enemies, for they have been many, And with violent hatred they have hated me.
Psalms 25:20Oh keep my soul, and deliver me: Let me not be put to shame, for I take refuge in thee. O keep my soul, and take me out of danger: let me not be shamed, for I have put my faith in you.Keep my soul, and deliver me, Let me not be ashamed, for I trusted in Thee.
Psalms 25:21Let integrity and uprightness preserve me, For I wait for thee. For my clean and upright ways keep me safe, because my hope is in you.Integrity and uprightness do keep me, For I have waited [on] Thee.
Psalms 25:22Redeem Israel, O God, Out all of his troubles. Psalm 26 [A Psalm] of David. Give Israel salvation, O God, out of all his troubles.Redeem Israel, O God, from all his distresses!
