| 1st-Corinthians 6:1 | Dare any of you, having a matter against his neighbor, go to law before the unrighteous, and not before the saints? | How is it, that if any one of you has a cause at law against another, he takes it before a Gentile judge and not before the saints? | Dare any one of you, having a matter with the other, go to be judged before the unrighteous, and not before the saints? | If one of you has a grievance against an opponent, does he dare to go to law before irreligious men and not before God's people? |
| 1st-Corinthians 6:2 | Or know ye not that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world is judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters? | Is it not certain that the saints will be the judges of the world? if then the world will be judged by you, are you unable to give a decision about the smallest things? | have ye not known that the saints shall judge the world? and if by you the world is judged, are ye unworthy of the smaller judgments? | Do you not know that God's people will sit in judgement upon the world? And if you are the court before which the world is to be judged, are you unfit to deal with these petty matters? |
