Psalms 77:1I will cry unto God with my voice, Even unto God with my voice; and he will give ear unto me. {To the chief Musician. On Jeduthun. Of Asaph. A Psalm.} My voice is unto God, and I will cry; my voice is unto God, and he will give ear unto me.Understanding for Asaph. Attend, O my people, to my law: incline your ears to the words of my mouth.My cry goes to God! Indeed, I cry to God for help, And for him to listen to me.

Psalms 77:4Thou holdest mine eyes watching: I am so troubled that I cannot speak. Thou holdest open mine eyelids; I am full of disquiet and cannot speak.They have not been hidden from their children, in another generation. Declaring the praises of the Lord, and his powers, and his wonders which he hath done.You hold my eyelids open. I am so troubled that I can't speak.
Psalms 77:5I have considered the days of old, The years of ancient times. I consider the days of old, the years of ancient times.And he set up a testimony in Jacob: and made a law in Israel. How great things he commanded our fathers, that they should make the same known to their children:I have considered the days of old, The years of ancient times.
Psalms 77:6I call to remembrance my song in the night: I commune with mine own heart; And my spirit maketh diligent search. Psalms 77:7Will the Lord cast off for ever? And will he be favorable no more? Will the Lord cast off for ever? and will he be favourable no more?That they may put their hope in God and may not forget the works of God: and may seek his commandments."Will the Lord reject us forever? Will he be favorable no more?
Psalms 77:8Is his lovingkindness clean gone for ever? Doth his promise fail for evermore? Hath his loving-kindness ceased for ever? hath [his] word come to an end from generation to generation?That they may not become like their fathers, a perverse end exasperating generation. A generation that set not their heart aright: and whose spirit was not faithful to God.Has his lovingkindness vanished forever? Does his promise fail for generations?
Psalms 77:9Hath God forgotten to be gracious? Hath he in anger shut up his tender mercies? Selah Hath ùGod forgotten to be gracious? or hath he in anger shut up his tender mercies? Selah.The sons of Ephraim who bend and shoot with the bow: they have turned back in the day of battle.Has God forgotten to be gracious? Has he, in anger, withheld his compassion?" Selah.
Psalms 77:10And I said, This is my infirmity; [But I will remember] the years of the right hand of the Most High. Then said I, This is my weakness: the years of the right hand of the Most HighThey kept not the covenant of God: and in his law they would not walk.Then I thought, "I will appeal to this: The years of the right hand of the Most High."
Psalms 77:11I will make mention of the deeds of Jehovah; For I will remember thy wonders of old. Will I remember, the works of Jah; for I will remember thy wonders of old,And they forgot his benefits, and his wonders that he had shewn them.I will remember Yah's deeds; For I will remember your wonders of old.
Psalms 77:12I will meditate also upon all thy work, And muse on thy doings. And I will meditate upon all thy work, and muse upon thy doings.Wonderful things did he do in the sight of their fathers, in the land of Egypt, in the field of Tanis.I will also meditate on all your work, And consider your doings.
Psalms 77:13Thy way, O God, is in the sanctuary: Who is a great god like unto God? O God, thy way is in the sanctuary: who is so great a ùgod as God?He divided the sea and brought them through: and he made the waters to stand as in a vessel.Your way, God, is in the sanctuary. What god is great like God?
Psalms 77:14Thou art the God that doest wonders: Thou hast made known thy strength among the peoples. Thou art the ùGod that doest wonders; thou hast declared thy strength among the peoples.And he conducted them with a cloud by day: and all the night with a light ofYou are the God who does wonders. You have made your strength known among the peoples.
Psalms 77:15Thou hast with thine arm redeemed thy people, The sons of Jacob and Joseph. Selah Thou hast with [thine] arm redeemed thy people, the sons of Jacob and Joseph. Selah.He struck the rock in the wilderness: and gave them to drink, as out of the great deep.You have redeemed your people with your arm, The sons of Jacob and Joseph. Selah.

The waters saw thee, O God, the waters saw thee; they trembled, yea, the depths were troubled:He brought forth water out of the rock: and made streams run down as rivers.The waters saw you, God. The thick clouds poured out water; the skies sent out a sound, yea, thine arrows went abroad:And they added yet more sin against him: they provoked the most High to wrath in the place without water.The clouds poured out water. The skies resounded with thunder. Your arrows also flashed around.

Psalms 77:19Thy way was in the sea, And thy paths in the great waters, And thy footsteps were not known. Thy way is in the sea, and thy paths are in the great waters; and thy footsteps are not known.And they spoke ill of God: they said: Can God furnish a table in the wilderness?Your way was through the sea; Your paths through the great waters. Your footsteps were not known.
