| Psalms 5:1 | Give ear to my words, O Jehovah, Consider my meditation. | {To the chief Musician. Upon Nehiloth. My sayings hear, O Jehovah, Consider my meditation. | <To the chief music-maker on wind instruments. A Psalm. Of David.> Give ear to my words, O Lord; give thought to my heart-searchings. |
| Psalms 5:2 | Hearken unto the voice of my cry, my King, and my God; For unto thee do I pray. | Hearken unto the voice of my crying, my king and my God; for to thee will I pray. | Be attentive to the voice of my cry, My king and my God, For unto Thee I pray habitually. | Let the voice of my cry come to you, my King and my God; for to you will I make my prayer. |
