| Isaiah 6:1 | In the year that king Uzziah died I saw the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up; and his train filled the temple. | In the year that king Ozias died, I saw the Lord sitting upon a throne high and elevated: and his train filled the temple. | In the year of King Uzziah's death I saw the Lord seated in his place, high and lifted up, and the Temple was full of the wide skirts of his robe. | In the year of the death of king Uzziah I see the Lord, sitting on a throne, high and lifted up, and His train is filling the temple. |
| Isaiah 6:2 | Above him stood the seraphim: each one had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly. | Upon it stood the seraphims: the one had six wings, and the other had six wings: with two they covered his face, and with two they covered his feet, and with two they hew. | Over him were the winged ones: every one had six wings; two for covering his face, two for covering his feed, and two for flight. | Seraphs are standing above it: six wings hath each one; with two [each] covereth its face, and with two [each] covereth its feet, and with two [each] flieth. |

| Isaiah 6:4 | And the foundations of the thresholds shook at the voice of him that cried, and the house was filled with smoke. | And the lintels of the doors were moved at the voice of him that cried, and the house was filled with smoke. | And the bases of the door-pillars were shaking at the sound of his cry, and the house was full of smoke. | And the posts of the thresholds are moved by the voice of him who is calling, and the house is full of smoke. |
| Isaiah 6:5 | Then said I, Woe is me! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, Jehovah of hosts. | And I said: Woe is me, because I have held my peace; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people that hath unclean lips, and I have seen with my eyes the King the Lord of hosts. | Then I said, The curse is on me, and my fate is destruction; for I am a man of unclean lips, living among a people of unclean lips; for my eyes have seen the King, the Lord of armies. | And I say, `Wo to me, for I have been silent, For a man unclean of lips [am] I, And in midst of a people unclean of lips I am dwelling, Because the King, Jehovah of Hosts, have my eyes seen.` |
| Isaiah 6:6 | Then flew one of the seraphim unto me, having a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with the tongs from off the altar: | And one of the seraphims flew to me, and in his hand was a live coal, which he had taken with the tongs off the altar. | Then a winged one came to me with a burning coal in his hand, which he had taken from off the altar with the fire-spoon. | And flee unto me doth one of the seraphs, and in his hand a burning coal, (with tongs he hath taken [it] from off the altar,) |
| Isaiah 6:7 | and he touched my mouth with it, and said, Lo, this hath touched thy lips; and thine iniquity is taken away, and thy sin forgiven. | And he touched my mouth, and said: Behold this hath touched thy lips, and thy iniquities shall be taken away, and thy sin shall be cleansed. | And after touching my mouth with it, he said, See, your lips have been touched with this; and your evil is taken away, and you are made clean from sin. | and he striketh against my mouth, and saith: `Lo, this hath stricken against thy lips, And turned aside is thine iniquity, And thy sin is covered.` |

Then I said, Here am I; send me. | And I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: Whom shall I send? and who shall go for us? And I said: Lo, here am I, send me. | And the voice of the Lord came to my ears, saying, Whom am I to send, and who will go for us? Then I said, Here am I, send me. | And I hear the voice of the Lord, saying: `Whom do I send? and who doth go for Us?` And I say, `Here [am] I, send me.` |
| Isaiah 6:9 | And he said, Go, and tell this people, Hear ye indeed, but understand not; and see ye indeed, but perceive not. | And he said: Go, and thou shalt say to this people: Hearing, hear, and understand not: and see the vision, and know it not. | And he said, Go, and say to this people, You will go on hearing, but learning nothing; you will go on seeing, but without getting wiser. | And He saith, `Go, and thou hast said to this people, Hear ye to hear, and ye do not understand, And see ye to see, and ye do not know. |
| Isaiah 6:10 | Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they sea with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and turn again, and be healed. | Blind the heart of this people, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes: lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and be converted and I heal them. | Make the hearts of this people fat, and let their ears be stopped, and their eyes shut; for fear that they may see with their eyes, and be hearing with their ears, and their heart may become wise, and they may be turned to me and made well. | Declare fat the heart of this people, And its ears declare heavy, And its eyes declare dazzled, Lest it see with its eyes, And with its ears hear, and its heart consider, And it hath turned back, and hath health.` |
| Isaiah 6:11 | Then said I, Lord, how long? And he answered, Until cities be waste without inhabitant, and houses without man, and the land become utterly waste, | And I said: How long, O Lord? And he said: Until the cities be wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land shall be left desolate. | Then I said, Lord, how long? And he said in answer, Till the towns are waste and unpeopled, and the houses have no men, and the land becomes completely waste, | And I say, `Till when, O Lord?` And He saith, `Surely till cities have been wasted without inhabitant, And houses without man, And the ground be wasted a desolation, |
| Isaiah 6:12 | and Jehovah have removed men far away, and the forsaken places be many in the midst of the land. | And the Lord shall remove men far away, and she shall be multiplied that was left in the midst of the earth. | And the Lord has taken men far away, and there are wide waste places in the land. | And Jehovah hath put man far off, And great [is] the forsaken part in the heart of the land. |
| Isaiah 6:13 | And if there be yet a tenth in it, it also shall in turn be eaten up: as a terebinth, and as an oak, whose stock remaineth, when they are felled; so the holy seed is the stock thereof. | And there shall be still a tithing therein, and she shall turn, and shall be made a show as a turpentine tree, and as an oak that spreadeth its branches: that which shall stand therein, shall be a holy seed. | And even if there is still a tenth part in it, it will again be burned, like a tree of the woods whose broken end is still in the earth after the tree has been cut down (the holy seed is the broken end). | And yet in it a tenth, and it hath turned, And hath been for a burning, As a teil-tree, and as an oak, that in falling, Have substance in them, The holy seed [is] its substance!` |
