Song-of-Solomon 6:1Whither is thy beloved gone, O thou fairest among women? Whither hath thy beloved turned him, That we may seek him with thee? My beloved is gone down into his garden, to the bed of aromatical spices, to feed in the gardens, and to gather lilies.
Song-of-Solomon 6:2My beloved is gone down to his garden, To the beds of spices, To feed in the gardens, and to gather lilies. I to my beloved, and my beloved to me, who feedeth among the lilies.
Song-of-Solomon 6:3I am my beloved's, and my beloved is mine; He feedeth [his flock] among the lilies, Thou art beautiful, O my love, sweet and comely as Jerusalem: terrible as an army set in array.
Song-of-Solomon 6:4Thou art fair, O my love, as Tirzah, Comely as Jerusalem, Terrible as an army with banners. Turn away thy eyes from me, for they have made me flee away. Thy hair is as a flock of goats, that appear from Galaad.
Song-of-Solomon 6:5Turn away thine eyes from me, For they have overcome me. Thy hair is as a flock of goats, That lie along the side of Gilead. Thy teeth as a flock of sheep, which come up from the washing, all with twins, and there is none barren among them.
Song-of-Solomon 6:6Thy teeth are like a flock of ewes, Which are come up from the washing; Whereof every one hath twins, And none is bereaved among them. Thy cheeks are as the bark of a pomegranate, beside what is hidden within thee.
Song-of-Solomon 6:7Thy temples are like a piece of a pomegranate Behind thy veil. There are threescore queens, and fourscore concubines, and young maidens without number.
Song-of-Solomon 6:8There are threescore queens, and fourscore concubines, And virgins without number. One is my dove, my perfect one is but one, she is the only one of her mother, the chosen of her that bore her. The daughters saw her, and declared her most blessed: the queens and concubines, and they praised her.
Song-of-Solomon 6:9My dove, my undefiled, is [but] one; She is the only one of her mother; She is the choice one of her that bare her. The daughters saw her, and called her blessed; [Yea], the queens and the concubines, and they praised her. Who is she that cometh forth as the morning rising, fair as the moon, bright as the sun, terrible as an army set in array?
Song-of-Solomon 6:10Who is she that looketh forth as the morning, Fair as the moon, Clear as the sun, Terrible as an army with banners? I went down into the garden of nuts, to see the fruits of the valleys, and to look if the vineyard had flourished, and the pomegranates budded.
Song-of-Solomon 6:11I went down into the garden of nuts, To see the green plants of the valley, To see whether the vine budded, [And] the pomegranates were in flower. I knew not: my soul troubled me for the chariots of Aminadab.
Song-of-Solomon 6:12Before I was aware, my soul set me [Among] the chariots of my princely people. Return, return, O Sulamitess : return, return that we may behold thee.
Song-of-Solomon 6:13Return, return, O Shulammite; Return, return, that we may look upon thee. Why will ye look upon the Shulammite, As upon the dance of Mahanaim?
