Psalms 61:1Hear my cry, O God; Attend unto my prayer. Hear my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer. {To the chief Musician. On a stringed instrument. [A Psalm] of David.} Hear, O God, my cry; attend unto my prayer.Hear my cry, God. Listen to my prayer.
Psalms 61:2From the end of the earth will I call unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: Lead me to the rock that is higher than I. From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I. From the end of the earth will I call unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: thou wilt lead me on to a rock which is too high for me.From the end of the earth, I will call to you, when my heart is overwhelmed. Lead me to the rock that is higher than I.
Psalms 61:3For thou hast been a refuge for me, A strong tower from the enemy. For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy.For thou hast been a refuge for me, a strong tower from before the enemy.For you have been a refuge for me, A strong tower from the enemy.
Psalms 61:4I will dwell in thy tabernacle for ever: I will take refuge in the covert of thy wings. Selah I will abide in thy tabernacle for ever: I will trust in the covert of thy wings. Selah.I will sojourn in thy tent for ever; I will take refuge in the covert of thy wings. Selah.I will dwell in your tent forever. I will take refuge in the shelter of your wings. Selah.
Psalms 61:5For thou, O God, hast heard my vows: Thou hast given [me] the heritage of those that fear thy name. For thou, O God, hast heard my vows: thou hast given me the heritage of those that fear thy name.For thou, O God, hast heard my vows; thou hast given [me] the inheritance of those that fear thy name.For you, God, have heard my vows. You have given me the heritage of those who fear your name.
Psalms 61:6Thou wilt prolong the king's life; His years shall be as many generations. Thou wilt prolong the king's life: and his years as many generations.Thou wilt add days to the days of the king: his years shall be as many generations.You will prolong the king's life; His years shall be for generations.
Psalms 61:7He shall abide before God for ever: Oh prepare lovingkindness and truth, that they may preserve him.
