Psalms 90:1Lord, thou hast been our dwelling-place In all generations. LORD, thou hast been our dwelling place in all generations.Lord, you have been our dwelling place In all generations.The praise of a canticle for David. He that dwelleth in the aid of the most High, shall abide under the protection of the God of Jacob.

Psalms 90:3Thou turnest man to destruction, And sayest, Return, ye children of men. Thou turnest man to destruction; and sayest, Return, ye children of men.You turn man to destruction, saying, "Return, you children of men."For he hath delivered me from the snare of the hunters: and from the sharp word.
Psalms 90:4For a thousand years in thy sight Are but as yesterday when it is past, And as a watch in the night. For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night.For a thousand years in your sight Are but as yesterday when it is past, As a watch in the night.He will overshadow thee with his shoulders: and under his wings thou shalt trust.
Psalms 90:5Thou carriest them away as with a flood; they are as a sleep: In the morning they are like grass which groweth up. Thou carriest them away as with a flood; they are as a sleep: in the morning they are like grass which groweth up.You sweep them away as they sleep. In the morning they sprout like new grass.His truth shall compass thee with a shield: thou shalt not be afraid of the terror of the night.
Psalms 90:6In the morning it flourisheth, and groweth up; In the evening it is cut down, and withereth. In the morning it flourisheth, and groweth up; in the evening it is cut down, and withereth.In the morning it sprouts and springs up. By evening, it is withered and dry.Of the arrow that flieth in the day, of the business that walketh about in the dark: of invasion, or of the noonday devil.
Psalms 90:7For we are consumed in thine anger, And in thy wrath are we troubled. For we are consumed by thine anger, and by thy wrath are we troubled.For we are consumed in your anger. We are troubled in your wrath.A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand: but it shall not come nigh thee.
Psalms 90:8Thou hast set our iniquities before thee, Our secret sins in the light of thy countenance. Thou hast set our iniquities before thee, our secret sins in the light of thy countenance.You have set our iniquities before you, Our secret sins in the light of your presence.But thou shalt consider with thy eyes: and shalt see the reward of the wicked.
Psalms 90:9For all our days are passed away in thy wrath: We bring our years to an end as a sigh. For all our days are passed away in thy wrath: we spend our years as a tale that is told.For all our days have passed away in your wrath. We bring our years to an end as a sigh.Because thou, O Lord, art my hope: thou hast made the most High thy refuge.
Psalms 90:10The days of our years are threescore years and ten, Or even by reason of strength fourscore years; Yet is their pride but labor and sorrow; For it is soon gone, and we fly away. The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.The days of our years are seventy, Or even by reason of strength eighty years; Yet their pride is but labor and sorrow, For it passes quickly, and we fly away.There shall no evil come to thee: nor shall the scourge come near thy dwelling.
Psalms 90:11Who knoweth the power of thine anger, And thy wrath according to the fear that is due unto thee? Who knoweth the power of thine anger? even according to thy fear, so is thy wrath.Who knows the power of your anger, Your wrath according to the fear that is due to you?For he hath given his angels charge over thee; to keep thee in all thy ways.
Psalms 90:12So teach us to number our days, That we may get us a heart of wisdom. So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.So teach us to number our days, That we may gain a heart of wisdom.In their hands they shall bear thee up: lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.
Psalms 90:13Return, O Jehovah; how long? And let it repent thee concerning thy servants. Return, O LORD, how long? and let it repent thee concerning thy servants.Relent, Yahweh! How long? Have compassion on your servants.Thou shalt walk upon the asp and the basilisk: and thou shalt trample under foot the lion and the dragon.
Psalms 90:14Oh satisfy us in the morning with thy lovingkindness, That we may rejoice and be glad all our days. O satisfy us early with thy mercy; that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.Satisfy us in the morning with your lovingkindness, That we may rejoice and be glad all our days.Because he hoped in me I will deliver him: I will protect him because he hath known my name.
Psalms 90:15Make us glad according to the days wherein thou hast afflicted us, And the years wherein we have seen evil. Make us glad according to the days wherein thou hast afflicted us, and the years wherein we have seen evil. Make us glad for as many days as you have afflicted us, For as many years as we have seen evil.He shall cry to me, and I will hear him: I am with him in tribulation, I will deliver him, and I will glorify him.
Psalms 90:16Let thy work appear unto thy servants, And thy glory upon their children. Let thy work appear unto thy servants, and thy glory unto their children.Let your work appear to your servants; Your glory to their children.I will fill him with length of days; and I will shew him my salvation.
