| Psalms 14:1 | The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works; There is none that doeth good. | To the Overseer. By David. A fool hath said in his heart, `God is not;` They have done corruptly, They have done abominable actions, There is not a doer of good. | A psalm of David. Lord, who shall dwell in thy tabernacle? or who shall rest in thy holy hill? | To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David. The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good. |
| Psalms 14:2 | Jehovah looked down from heaven upon the children of men, To see if there were any that did understand, That did seek after God. | Jehovah from the heavens Hath looked on the sons of men, To see if there is a wise one seeking God. | He that walketh without blemish, and worketh justice: | The LORD looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God. |

He that sweareth to his neighbour, and deceiveth not; | Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread, and call not upon the LORD. |
