Song-of-Solomon 6:1Where is your loved one gone, O most fair among women? Where is your loved one turned away, that we may go looking for him with you?Whither is thy beloved gone, O thou fairest among women? Whither hath thy beloved turned him, That we may seek him with thee? My beloved is gone down into his garden, to the bed of aromatical spices, to feed in the gardens, and to gather lilies.Whither is thy beloved gone, O thou fairest among women? whither is thy beloved turned aside? that we may seek him with thee.
Song-of-Solomon 6:2My loved one is gone down into his garden, to the beds of spices, to take food in the gardens, and to get lilies. My beloved is gone down to his garden, To the beds of spices, To feed in the gardens, and to gather lilies. I to my beloved, and my beloved to me, who feedeth among the lilies. My beloved is gone down into his garden, to the beds of spices, to feed in the gardens, and to gather lilies.
Song-of-Solomon 6:3I am for my loved one, and my loved one is for me; he takes food among the lilies.I am my beloved's, and my beloved is mine; He feedeth [his flock] among the lilies, Thou art beautiful, O my love, sweet and comely as Jerusalem: terrible as an army set in array.I am my beloved's, and my beloved is mine: he feedeth among the lilies.
Song-of-Solomon 6:4You are beautiful, O my love, as Tirzah, as fair as Jerusalem; you are to be feared like an army with flags.Thou art fair, O my love, as Tirzah, Comely as Jerusalem, Terrible as an army with banners. Turn away thy eyes from me, for they have made me flee away. Thy hair is as a flock of goats, that appear from Galaad.Thou art beautiful, O my love, as Tirzah, comely as Jerusalem, terrible as an army with banners.
Song-of-Solomon 6:5Let your eyes be turned away from me; see, they have overcome me; your hair is as a flock of goats which take their rest on the side of Gilead.Turn away thine eyes from me, For they have overcome me. Thy hair is as a flock of goats, That lie along the side of Gilead. Thy teeth as a flock of sheep, which come up from the washing, all with twins, and there is none barren among them.Turn away thy eyes from me, for they have overcome me: thy hair is as a flock of goats that appear from Gilead.
Song-of-Solomon 6:6Your teeth are like a flock of sheep which come up from the washing; every one has two lambs, and there is not one without young.Thy teeth are like a flock of ewes, Which are come up from the washing; Whereof every one hath twins, And none is bereaved among them. Thy cheeks are as the bark of a pomegranate, beside what is hidden within thee.Thy teeth are as a flock of sheep which go up from the washing, of which every one beareth twins, and there is not one barren among them.
Song-of-Solomon 6:7Like pomegranate fruit are the sides of your head under your veil.Thy temples are like a piece of a pomegranate Behind thy veil. There are threescore queens, and fourscore concubines, and young maidens without number. As a piece of pomegranate are thy temples within thy locks.
Song-of-Solomon 6:8There are sixty queens, and eighty servant-wives, and young girls without number. There are threescore queens, and fourscore concubines, And virgins without number. One is my dove, my perfect one is but one, she is the only one of her mother, the chosen of her that bore her. The daughters saw her, and declared her most blessed: the queens and concubines, and they praised her. There are sixty queens, and eighty concubines, and virgins without number.
Song-of-Solomon 6:9My dove, my very beautiful one, is but one; she is the only one of her mother, she is the dearest one of her who gave her birth. The daughters saw her, and gave her a blessing; yes, the queens and the servant-wives, and they gave her praises. My dove, my undefiled, is [but] one; She is the only one of her mother; She is the choice one of her that bare her. The daughters saw her, and called her blessed; [Yea], the queens and the concubines, and they praised her. Who is she that cometh forth as the morning rising, fair as the moon, bright as the sun, terrible as an army set in array? My dove, my undefiled is but one; she is the only one of her mother, she is the choice one of her that bore her. The daughters saw her, and blessed her; yes, the queens and the concubines, and they praised her.
Song-of-Solomon 6:10Who is she, looking down as the morning light, fair as the moon, clear as the sun, who is to be feared like an army with flags?Who is she that looketh forth as the morning, Fair as the moon, Clear as the sun, Terrible as an army with banners? I went down into the garden of nuts, to see the fruits of the valleys, and to look if the vineyard had flourished, and the pomegranates budded.Who is she that looketh forth as the morning, fair as the moon, clear as the sun, and terrible as an army with banners?
Song-of-Solomon 6:11I went down into the garden of nuts to see the green plants of the valley, and to see if the vine was in bud, and the pomegranate-trees were in flower.I went down into the garden of nuts, To see the green plants of the valley, To see whether the vine budded, [And] the pomegranates were in flower. I knew not: my soul troubled me for the chariots of Aminadab.I went down into the garden of nuts to see the fruits of the valley, and to see whether the vine flourished, and the pomegranates budded.
Song-of-Solomon 6:12Before I was conscious of it, ...Before I was aware, my soul set me [Among] the chariots of my princely people. Return, return, O Sulamitess : return, return that we may behold thee.Or ere I was aware, my soul made me like the chariots of Amminadib.
Song-of-Solomon 6:13Come back, come back, O Shulammite; come back, come back, so that our eyes may see you. What will you see in the Shulammite? A sword-dance.Return, return, O Shulammite; Return, return, that we may look upon thee. Why will ye look upon the Shulammite, As upon the dance of Mahanaim? Return, return, O Shulamite; return, return, that we may look upon thee. What will ye see in the Shulamite? As it were the company of two armies.
