| 1st-Corinthians 10:1 | For it is my desire, my brothers, that you may keep in mind how all our fathers were under the cloud, and they all went through the sea; | For I would not, brethren, have you ignorant, that our fathers were all under the cloud, and all passed through the sea; |
| 1st-Corinthians 10:2 | And they all had baptism from Moses in the cloud and in the sea; | and were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea; |
| 1st-Corinthians 10:3 | And they all took the same holy food; | and did all eat the same spiritual food; |
| 1st-Corinthians 10:4 | And the same holy drink: for they all took of the water from the holy rock which came after them: and the rock was Christ. | and did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of a spiritual rock that followed them: and the rock was Christ. |
