Isaiah 43:1But now thus saith Jehovah, that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel: Fear not, for I have redeemed thee, I have called [thee] by thy name; thou art mine.But now thus saith Jehovah that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel: Fear not, for I have redeemed thee; I have called thee by thy name, thou art mine.
Isaiah 43:2When thou passest through the waters, I [will be] with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee; when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned, neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned, neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.
Isaiah 43:3For I [am] Jehovah thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour: I gave Egypt for thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for thee.For I am Jehovah thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour; I have given Egypt as thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba in thy stead.
Isaiah 43:4Since thou wast precious in my sight, thou hast been honourable, and I have loved thee; and I will give men for thee, and peoples for thy life.Since thou hast been precious in my sight, [and] honorable, and I have loved thee; therefore will I give men in thy stead, and peoples instead of thy life.
Isaiah 43:5Fear not, for I [am] with thee: I will bring thy seed from the east, and gather thee from the west;Fear not; for I am with thee: I will bring thy seed from the east, and gather thee from the west;
Isaiah 43:6I will say to the north, Give up; and to the south, Keep not back: bring my sons from afar, and my daughters from the end of the earth,I will say to the north, Give up; and to the south, Keep not back; bring my sons from far, and my daughters from the end of the earth;
Isaiah 43:7every one that is called by my name, and whom I have created for my glory: I have formed him, yea, I have made him.every one that is called by my name, and whom I have created for my glory, whom I have formed, yea, whom I have made.
Isaiah 43:8Bring forth the blind people that have eyes, and the deaf that have ears.Bring forth the blind people that have eyes, and the deaf that have ears.

Isaiah 43:10Ye are my witnesses, saith Jehovah, and my servant whom I have chosen; that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I [am] HE: before me there was no ùGod formed, neither shall there be after me.Ye are my witnesses, saith Jehovah, and my servant whom I have chosen; that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.
Isaiah 43:11I, I [am] Jehovah; and besides me there is no saviour.I, even I, am Jehovah; and besides me there is no saviour.
Isaiah 43:12It is I that have declared, and have saved, and have shewed, when there was no strange [god] among you; and ye are my witnesses, saith Jehovah, that I [am] ùGod.I have declared, and I have saved, and I have showed; and there was no strange [god] among you: therefore ye are my witnesses, saith Jehovah, and I am God.
Isaiah 43:13Yea, since the day was, I [am] HE, and there is none that delivereth out of my hand: I will work, and who shall hinder it?Yea, since the day was I am he; and there is none that can deliver out of my hand: I will work, and who can hinder it?
Isaiah 43:14Thus saith Jehovah, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: For your sake I have sent to Babylon, and have brought all of them down as fugitives, even the Chaldeans, whose cry is in the ships.Thus saith Jehovah, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: For your sake I have sent to Babylon, and I will bring down all of them as fugitives, even the Chaldeans, in the ships of their rejoicing.
Isaiah 43:15I [am] Jehovah, your Holy One, the Creator of Israel, your King.I am Jehovah, your Holy One, the Creator of Israel, your King.
Isaiah 43:16Thus saith Jehovah, who maketh a way in the sea, and a path in the mighty waters,Thus saith Jehovah, who maketh a way in the sea, and a path in the mighty waters;

Isaiah 43:18Remember not the former things, neither consider the ancient things:Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old.
Isaiah 43:19behold, I do a new thing; now it shall spring forth: shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, rivers in the waste.Behold, I will do a new thing; now shall it spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.

Isaiah 43:21This people have I formed for myself: they shall shew forth my praise.the people which I formed for myself, that they might set forth my praise.
Isaiah 43:22But thou hast not called upon me, Jacob; for thou hast been weary of me, O Israel:Yet thou hast not called upon me, O Jacob; but thou hast been weary of me, O Israel.
Isaiah 43:23thou hast not brought me the small cattle of thy burnt-offerings, neither hast thou glorified me with thy sacrifices. I have not caused thee to toil with an oblation, nor wearied thee with incense.Thou hast not brought me of thy sheep for burnt-offerings; neither hast thou honored me with thy sacrifices. I have not burdened thee with offerings, nor wearied thee with frankincense.
Isaiah 43:24Thou hast bought me no sweet cane with money, neither hast thou filled me with the fat of thy sacrifices; but thou hast made me to toil with thy sins, thou hast wearied me with thine iniquities.Thou hast bought me no sweet cane with money, neither hast thou filled me with the fat of thy sacrifices; but thou hast burdened me with thy sins, thou hast wearied me with thine iniquities.

Isaiah 43:27Thy first father hath sinned, and thy mediators have rebelled against me.Thy first father sinned, and thy teachers have transgressed against me.
Isaiah 43:28And I have profaned the princes of the sanctuary, and have given Jacob to the ban, and Israel to reproaches.Therefore I will profane the princes of the sanctuary; and I will make Jacob a curse, and Israel a reviling.
