Psalms 19:2Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge.Day after day it sends out its word, and night after night it gives knowledge.Day after day they pour forth speech, And night after night they display knowledge.May the Lord hear thee in the day of tribulation: may the name of the God of Jacob protect thee.
Psalms 19:3There is no speech and there are no words, yet their voice is heard. There are no words or language; their voice makes no sound. There is no speech nor language, Where their voice is not heard.May he send thee help from the sanctuary: and defend thee out of Sion.
Psalms 19:4Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their language to the extremity of the world. In them hath he set a tent for the sun,Their line has gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them has he put a tent for the sun,Their voice has gone out through all the earth, Their words to the end of the world. In them he has set a tent for the sun,May he be mindful of all thy sacrifices: and may thy whole burnt offering be made fat.
Psalms 19:5And he is as a bridegroom going forth from his chamber; he rejoiceth as a strong man to run the race.Who is like a newly married man coming from his bride-tent, and is glad like a strong runner starting on his way.Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, Like a strong man rejoicing to run his course.May he give thee according to thy own heart; and confirm all thy counsels.
Psalms 19:6His going forth is from the end of the heavens, and his circuit unto the ends of it; and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof. His going out is from the end of the heaven, and his circle to the ends of it; there is nothing which is not open to his heat. His going forth is from the end of the heavens, His circuit to the ends of it; There is nothing hid from the heat of it.We will rejoice in thy salvation; and in the name of our God we shall be exalted.
Psalms 19:7The law of Jehovah is perfect, restoring the soul; the testimony of Jehovah is sure, making wise the simple; The law of the Lord is good, giving new life to the soul: the witness of the Lord is certain, giving wisdom to the foolish. The law of Yahweh is perfect, restoring the soul. The testimony of Yahweh is sure, making wise the simple. The Lord fulfil all thy petitions: now have I known that the Lord hath saved his anointed. He will hear him from his holy heaven: the salvation of his right hand is in powers.
Psalms 19:8The precepts of Jehovah are right, rejoicing the heart; the commandment of Jehovah is pure, enlightening the eyes; The orders of the Lord are right, making glad the heart: the rule of the Lord is holy, giving light to the eyes. The precepts of Yahweh are right, rejoicing the heart. The commandment of Yahweh is pure, enlightening the eyes. Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will call upon the name of the Lord our God.
Psalms 19:9The fear of Jehovah is clean, enduring for ever; the judgments of Jehovah are truth, they are righteous altogether:The fear of the Lord is clean, and has no end; the decisions of the Lord are true and full of righteousness. The fear of Yahweh is clean, enduring forever. The ordinances of Yahweh are true, and righteous altogether. They are bound, and have fallen; but we are risen, and are set upright. O Lord, save the king: and hear us in the day that we shall call upon thee.
Psalms 19:10They are more precious than gold, yea, than much fine gold; and sweeter than honey and the dropping of the honeycomb.More to be desired are they than gold, even than much shining gold; sweeter than the dropping honey.More to be desired are they than gold, yes, than much fine gold; Sweeter also than honey and the extract of the honeycomb.
Psalms 19:11Moreover, by them is thy servant enlightened; in keeping them there is great reward.By them is your servant made conscious of danger, and in keeping them there is great reward. Moreover by them is your servant warned. In keeping them there is great reward.
Psalms 19:12Who understandeth [his] errors? Purify me from secret [faults].Who has full knowledge of his errors? make me clean from secret evil.Who can discern his errors? Forgive me from hidden errors.
Psalms 19:13Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous [sins]; let them not have dominion over me: then shall I be perfect, and I shall be innocent from great transgression.Keep your servant back from sins of pride; let them not have rule over me: then will I be upright and free from great sin.Keep back your servant also from presumptuous sins. Let them not have dominion over me. Then I will be upright, I will be blameless and innocent of great transgression.
Psalms 19:14Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in thy sight, O Jehovah, my rock, and my redeemer.Let the words of my mouth and the thoughts of my heart be pleasing in your eyes, O Lord, my strength and my salvation.Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart Be acceptable in your sight, Yahweh, my rock, and my redeemer.
