2nd-Timothy 4:1I testify before God and Christ Jesus, who is about to judge living and dead, and by his appearing and his kingdom,I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who will judge the living and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;
2nd-Timothy 4:2proclaim the word; be urgent in season [and] out of season, convict, rebuke, encourage, with all longsuffering and doctrine.Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long-suffering and doctrine.
2nd-Timothy 4:3For the time shall be when they will not bear sound teaching; but according to their own lusts will heap up to themselves teachers, having an itching ear;For the time will come, when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts will they multiply to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
2nd-Timothy 4:4and they will turn away their ear from the truth, and will have turned aside to fables.And they will turn away their ears from the truth, and will be turned to fables.
2nd-Timothy 4:5But *thou*, be sober in all things, bear evils, do [the] work of an evangelist, fill up the full measure of thy ministry.But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.
2nd-Timothy 4:6For *I* am already being poured out, and the time of my release is come.For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand.
2nd-Timothy 4:7I have combated the good combat, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:
2nd-Timothy 4:8Henceforth the crown of righteousness is laid up for me, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will render to me in that day; but not only to me, but also to all who love his appearing.Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give me at that day: and not to me only, but to all them also that love his appearing.
2nd-Timothy 4:9Use diligence to come to me quickly;Do thy diligence to come shortly to me:
2nd-Timothy 4:10for Demas has forsaken me, having loved the present age, and is gone to Thessalonica; Crescens to Galatia, Titus to Dalmatia.For Demas hath forsaken me, having loved this present world, and hath departed to Thessalonica; Crescens to Galatia, Titus to Dalmatia.
2nd-Timothy 4:11Luke alone is with me. Take Mark, and bring [him] with thyself, for he is serviceable to me for ministry.Luke only is with me. Take Mark, and bring him with thee: for he is profitable to me for the ministry.

2nd-Timothy 4:13The cloak which I left behind [me] in Troas at Carpus's, bring when thou comest, and the books, especially the parchments.The cloke that I left at Troas with Carpus, when thou comest, bring with thee, and the books, but especially the parchments.
2nd-Timothy 4:14Alexander the smith did many evil things against me. The Lord will render to him according to his works.Alexander the copper-smith did me much evil: the Lord reward him according to his works:
2nd-Timothy 4:15Against whom be *thou* also on thy guard, for he has greatly withstood our words.Of whom be thou aware also; for he hath greatly withstood our words.
2nd-Timothy 4:16At my first defence no man stood with me, but all deserted me. May it not be imputed to them.At my first answer no man stood with me, but all men forsook me: I pray God that it may not be laid to their charge.
2nd-Timothy 4:17But the Lord stood with [me], and gave me power, that through me the proclamation might be fully made, and all [those of] the nations should hear; and I was delivered out of the lion's mouth.Notwithstanding, the Lord stood with me, and strengthened me; that by me the preaching might be fully known, and that all the Gentiles might hear: and I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion.
2nd-Timothy 4:18The Lord shall deliver me from every wicked work, and shall preserve [me] for his heavenly kingdom; to whom [be] glory for the ages of ages. Amen.And the Lord will deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me to his heavenly kingdom; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

2nd-Timothy 4:22The Lord Jesus Christ [be] with your spirit. Grace [be] with you.The Lord Jesus Christ be with thy spirit. Grace be with you. Amen.
