| Psalms 49:1 | A psalm for Asaph. The God of gods, the Lord hath spoken: and he hath called the earth. From the rising of the sun, to the going down thereof: | Hear this, all ye peoples; Give ear, all ye inhabitants of the world, | <Alamoth. To the chief music-maker. Of the sons of Korah. | Psalms 49:2 | out of Sion the loveliness of his beauty. | Both low and high, Rich and poor together. | High and low together, the poor, and those who have wealth. | Both men of low and men of high degree, rich and poor alike. |
