Psalms 20:2In thy strength, O Lord, the king shall joy; and in thy salvation he shall rejoice exceedingly.Send thee help from the sanctuary, And strengthen thee out of Zion; Send thee help from the sanctuary, and strengthen thee out of Zion.He doth send thy help from the sanctuary, And from Zion doth support thee,
Psalms 20:3Thou hast given him his heart's desire: end hast not withholden from him the will of his lips.Remember all thy offerings, And accept thy burnt-sacrifice; Selah Remember all thy offerings, and accept thy burnt-sacrifice. Selah.He doth remember all thy presents, And thy burnt-offering doth reduce to ashes. Selah.
Psalms 20:4For thou hast prevented him with blessings of sweetness: thou hast set on his head a crown of precious stones.Grant thee thy heart's desire, And fulfil all thy counsel. Grant thee according to thy own heart, and fulfill all thy counsel.He doth give to thee according to thy heart, And all thy counsel doth fulfil.
Psalms 20:5He asked life of thee: and thou hast given him length of days for ever and ever.We will triumph in thy salvation, And in the name of our God we will set up our banners: Jehovah fulfil all thy petitions. We will rejoice in thy salvation, and in the name of our God we will set up our banners: the LORD fulfill all thy petitions.We sing of thy salvation, And in the name of our God set up a banner. Jehovah doth fulfil all thy requests.
Psalms 20:6His glory is great in thy salvation: glory and great beauty shalt thou lay upon him.Now know I that Jehovah saveth his anointed; He will answer him from his holy heaven With the saving strength of his right hand. Now I know that the LORD saveth his anointed; he will hear him from his holy heaven with the saving strength of his right hand.Now I have known That Jehovah hath saved His anointed, He answereth him from His holy heavens, With the saving might of His right hand.
Psalms 20:7For thou shalt give him to be a blessing for ever and ever: thou shalt make him joyful in gladness with thy countenance.Some [trust] in chariots, and some in horses; But we will make mention of the name of Jehovah our God. Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God.Some of chariots, and some of horses, And we of the name of Jehovah our God Make mention.
Psalms 20:8For the king hopeth in the Lord: and through the mercy of the most High he shall not be moved.They are bowed down and fallen; But we are risen, and stand upright. They are brought down and fallen: but we are raised, and stand upright.They they have bowed and have fallen, And we have risen and station ourselves upright.
Psalms 20:9Let thy hand be found by all thy enemies: let thy right hand find out all them that hate thee.Save, Jehovah: Let the King answer us when we call. Psalm 21 For the Chief Musician. Psalms 20:10Thou shalt make them as an oven of fire, in the time of thy anger: the Lord shall trouble them in his wrath, and fire shall devour them.
Psalms 20:11Their fruit shalt thou destroy from the earth: and their seed from among the children of men.
Psalms 20:12For they have intended evils against thee: they have devised counsels which they have not been able to establish.
Psalms 20:13For thou shalt make them turn their back: in thy remnants thou shalt prepare their face.
Psalms 20:14Be thou exalted, O Lord, in thy own strength: we will sing and praise thy power.
