Psalms 15:1The inscription of a title to David himself. Preserve me, O Lord, for I have put trust in thee.Jehovah, who shall sojourn in thy tabernacle? Who shall dwell in thy holy hill?
Psalms 15:2I have said to the Lord, thou art my God, for thou hast no need of my goods.He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, And speaketh truth in his heart;
Psalms 15:3To the saints, who are in his land, he hath made wonderful all my desires in them.He that slandereth not with his tongue, Nor doeth evil to his friend, Nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbor;
Psalms 15:4Their infirmities were multiplied: afterwards they made haste. I will not gather together their meetings for blood offerings: nor will I be mindful of their names by my lips.In whose eyes a reprobate is despised, But who honoreth them that fear Jehovah; He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not;
Psalms 15:5The Lord is the portion of my inheritance and of my cup: it is thou that wilt restore my inheritance to me.He that putteth not out his money to interest, Nor taketh reward against the innocent. He that doeth these things shall never be moved. Psalm 16 Michtam of David.
Psalms 15:6The lines are fallen unto me in goodly places: for my inheritance is goodly to me.
Psalms 15:7I will bless the Lord, who hath given me understanding: moreover my reins also have corrected me even till night.
Psalms 15:8I set the Lord always in my sight: for he is at my right hand, that I be not moved.
Psalms 15:9Therefore my heart hath been glad, and my tongue hath rejoiced: moreover my flesh also shall rest in hope.
Psalms 15:10Because thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; nor wilt then give thy holy one to see corruption.
Psalms 15:11Thou hast made known to me the ways of life, thou shalt fill me with joy with thy countenance: at thy right hand are delights even to the end.
