Psalms 25:1Unto the end, a psalm for David. Judge me, O Lord, for I have walked in my innocence: and I have put my trust in the Lord, and shall not be weakened.{[A Psalm] of David.} Unto thee, Jehovah, do I lift up my soul.<Of David.> To you, O Lord, my soul is lifted up.A Psalm of David. To thee, O LORD, do I lift up my soul.
Psalms 25:2Prove me, O Lord, and try me; burn my reins and my heart. My God, I confide in thee; let me not be ashamed, let not mine enemies triumph over me.O my God, I have put my faith in you, let me not be shamed; let not my haters be glorying over me.O my God, I trust in thee: let me not be ashamed, let not my enemies triumph over me,
Psalms 25:3For thy mercy is before my eyes; and I am well pleased with thy truth.Yea, none that wait on thee shall be ashamed: they shall be ashamed that deal treacherously without cause.Let no servant of yours be put to shame; may those be shamed who are false without cause. Also, let none that wait on thee be ashamed: let them be ashamed who transgress without cause.
Psalms 25:4I have not sat with the council of vanity: neither will I go in with the doers of unjust things.Make me to know thy ways, O Jehovah; teach me thy paths.Make your steps clear to me, O Lord; give me knowledge of your ways.Show me thy ways, O LORD; teach me thy paths.
Psalms 25:5I have hated the assembly of the malignant; and with the wicked I will not sit.Make me to walk in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day.Be my guide and teacher in the true way; for you are the God of my salvation; I am waiting for your word all the day.Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day.
Psalms 25:6I will wash my hands among the innocent; and will compass thy altar, O Lord:Remember, Jehovah, thy tender mercies and thy loving-kindnesses; for they are from everlasting.O Lord, keep in mind your pity and your mercies; for they have been from the earliest times.Remember, O LORD, thy tender mercies and thy loving kindnesses; for they have been ever of old.
Psalms 25:7That I may hear the voice of thy praise: and tell of all thy wondrous works.Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions; according to thy loving-kindness remember thou me, for thy goodness' sake, Jehovah.Do not keep in mind my sins when I was young, or my wrongdoing: let your memory of me be full of mercy, O Lord, because of your righteousness.Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions: according to thy mercy remember thou me for thy goodness' sake, O LORD.
Psalms 25:8I have loved, O Lord, the beauty of thy house; and the place where thy glory dwelleth.Good and upright is Jehovah; therefore will he instruct sinners in the way:Good and upright is the Lord: so he will be the teacher of sinners in the way.Good and upright is the LORD: therefore will he teach sinners in the way.
Psalms 25:9Take not away my soul, O God, with the wicked: nor my life with bloody men:The meek will he guide in judgment, and the meek will he teach his way.He will be an upright guide to the poor in spirit: he will make his way clear to them. The meek will he guide in judgment: and the meek will he teach his way.
Psalms 25:10In whose hands are iniquities: their right hand is filled with gifts. All the paths of Jehovah are loving-kindness and truth for such as keep his covenant and his testimonies. All the ways of the Lord are mercy and good faith for those who keep his agreement and his witness. All the paths of the LORD are mercy and truth to such as keep his covenant and his testimonies.
Psalms 25:11But as for me, I have walked in my innocence: redeem me, and have mercy on me.For thy name's sake, O Jehovah, thou wilt indeed pardon mine iniquity; for it is great.Because of your name, O Lord, let me have forgiveness for my sin, which is very great. For thy name's sake, O LORD, pardon my iniquity; for it is great.
Psalms 25:12My foot hath stood in the direct way: in the churches I will bless thee, O Lord. What man is he that feareth Jehovah? him will he instruct in the way [that] he should choose. If a man has the fear of the Lord, the Lord will be his teacher in the way of his pleasure. What man is he that feareth the LORD? him shall he teach in the way that he shall choose.
