Psalms 30:1I will extol thee, O LORD; for thou hast lifted me up, and hast not made my foes to rejoice over me.I will extol thee, O Jehovah; for thou hast raised me up, And hast not made my foes to rejoice over me. Unto the end, a psalm for David, in an ecstasy.A Psalm. A song of the dedication of the house of David. I exalt Thee, O Jehovah, For Thou hast drawn me up, and hast not let mine enemies rejoice over me.
Psalms 30:2O LORD my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me.O Jehovah my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me. In thee, O Lord, have I hoped, Iet me never be confounded: deliver me in thy justice.Jehovah my God, I have cried to Thee, And Thou dost heal me.
Psalms 30:3O LORD, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.O Jehovah, thou hast brought up my soul from Sheol; Thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit. Bow down thy ear to me: make haste to deliver me. Be thou unto me a God, a protector, and a house of refuge, to save me.Jehovah, Thou hast brought up from Sheol my soul, Thou hast kept me alive, From going down [to] the pit.
Psalms 30:4Sing unto the LORD, O ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.Sing praise unto Jehovah, O ye saints of his, And give thanks to his holy memorial [name]. For thou art my strength and my refuge; and for thy name's sake thou wilt lead me, and nourish me.Sing praise to Jehovah, ye His saints, And give thanks at the remembrance of His holiness,
Psalms 30:5For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. For his anger is but for a moment; His favor is for a life-time: Weeping may tarry for the night, But joy [cometh] in the morning. Thou wilt bring me out of this snare, which they have hidden for me: for thou art my protector. For a moment [is] in His anger, Life [is] in His good-will, At even remaineth weeping, and at morn singing.
Psalms 30:6And in my prosperity I said, I shall never be moved. As for me, I said in my prosperity, I shall never be moved. Into thy hands I commend my spirit: thou hast redeemed me, O Lord, the God of truth. And I I have said in mine ease, `I am not moved to the age.
Psalms 30:7LORD, by thy favour thou hast made my mountain to stand strong: thou didst hide thy face, and I was troubled.Thou, Jehovah, of thy favor hadst made my mountain to stand strong: Thou didst hide thy face; I was troubled. Thou hast hated them that regard vanities, to no purpose. But I have hoped in the Lord:O Jehovah, in Thy good pleasure, Thou hast caused strength to remain for my mountain,` Thou hast hidden Thy face I have been troubled.
Psalms 30:8I cried to thee, O LORD; and unto the LORD I made supplication.I cried to thee, O Jehovah; And unto Jehovah I made supplication: I will be glad and rejoice in thy mercy. For thou best regarded my humility, thou hast saved my soul out of distresses.Unto Thee, O Jehovah, I call, And unto Jehovah I make supplication.
Psalms 30:9What profit is there in my blood, when I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise thee? shall it declare thy truth? What profit is there in my blood, when I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise thee? shall it declare thy truth? And thou hast not shut me up in the hands of the enemy: thou hast set my feet in a spacious place.`What gain [is] in my blood? In my going down unto corruption? Doth dust thank Thee? doth it declare Thy truth?
Psalms 30:10Hear, O LORD, and have mercy upon me: LORD, be thou my helper.Hear, O Jehovah, and have mercy upon me: Jehovah, be thou my helper. Have mercy on me, O Lord, for I am afflicted: my eye is troubled with wrath, my soul, and my belly:Hear, O Jehovah, and favour me, O Jehovah, be a helper to me.`
Psalms 30:11Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness;Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing; Thou hast loosed my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness; For my life is wasted with grief: and my years in sighs. My strength is weakened through poverty and my bones are disturbed.Thou hast turned my mourning to dancing for me, Thou hast loosed my sackcloth, And girdest me [with] joy.
Psalms 30:12To the end that my glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give thanks unto thee for ever.To the end that [my] glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent. O Jehovah my God, I will give thanks unto thee for ever. Psalm 31 For the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David. I am become a reproach among all my enemies, and very much to my neighbours; and a fear to my acquaintance. They that saw me without fled from me.So that honour doth praise Thee, and is not silent, O Jehovah, my God, to the age I thank Thee!
