Proverbs 21:1The king's heart is in the hand of the LORD, as the rivers of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will.The king's heart in the hand of Jehovah is [as] brooks of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will.As the divisions of waters, so the heart of the king is in the hand of the Lord: whithersoever he will he shall turn it.The king's heart is in the hand of Jehovah as the watercourses: He turneth it whithersoever he will.
Proverbs 21:2Every way of a man is right in his own eyes: but the LORD pondereth the hearts.Every way of a man is right in his own eyes; but Jehovah weigheth the hearts.Every way of a man seemeth right to himself: but the Lord weigheth the hearts.Every way of a man is right in his own eyes; But Jehovah weigheth the hearts.
Proverbs 21:3To do justice and judgment is more acceptable to the LORD than sacrifice.To exercise justice and judgment is more acceptable to Jehovah than sacrifice.To do mercy and judgment, pleaseth the Lord more than victims.To do righteousness and justice Is more acceptable to Jehovah than sacrifice.
Proverbs 21:4An high look, and a proud heart, and the plowing of the wicked, is sin.Lofty eyes, and a proud heart, the lamp of the wicked, is sin.Haughtiness of the eyes is the enlarging of the heart: the lamp of the wicked is sin.A high look, and a proud heart, [Even] the lamp of the wicked, is sin.

Proverbs 21:7The robbery of the wicked shall destroy them; because they refuse to do judgment.The devastation of the wicked sweepeth them away, because they refuse to do what is right.The robberies of the wicked shall be their downfall, because they would not do judgment.The violence of the wicked shall sweep them away, Because they refuse to do justice.
Proverbs 21:8The way of man is froward and strange: but as for the pure, his work is right. Very crooked is the way of a guilty man; but as for the pure, his work is upright.The perverse way of a man is strange: but as for him that is pure, his work is right.The way of him that is laden with guilt is exceeding crooked; But as for the pure, his work is right.
