Psalms 63:1O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is;{A Psalm of David; when he was in the wilderness of Judah.} O God, thou art my ùGod; early will I seek thee. My soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh languisheth for thee, in a dry and weary land without water:Unto the end, a psalm for David.A Psalm of David, when he was in the wilderness of Judah. O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is;
Psalms 63:2To see thy power and thy glory, so as I have seen thee in the sanctuary. To see thy power and thy glory, as I have beheld thee in the sanctuary;Hear, O God, my prayer, when I make supplication to thee : deliver my soul from the fear of the enemy.To see thy power and thy glory, so as I have seen thee in the sanctuary.
Psalms 63:3Because thy lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee. For thy loving-kindness is better than life: my lips shall praise thee.Thou hast protected me from the assembly of the malignant; from the multitude of the workers of iniquity.Because thy loving-kindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee.
Psalms 63:4Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name.So will I bless thee while I live; I will lift up my hands in thy name.For they have whetted their tongues like a sword; they have bent their bow a bitter thing,Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name.

Psalms 63:6When I remember thee upon my bed, and meditate on thee in the night watches.When I remember thee upon my bed, I meditate on thee in the night-watches:They will shoot at him on a sudden, and will not fear: they are resolute in wickedness. They have talked of hiding snares; they have said: Who shall see them?When I remember thee upon my bed, and meditate on thee in the night watches.
Psalms 63:7Because thou hast been my help, therefore in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice.For thou hast been my help, and in the shadow of thy wings will I sing for joy.They have searched after iniquities: they have failed in their search. Man shall come to a deep heart:Because thou hast been my help, therefore in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice.
Psalms 63:8My soul followeth hard after thee: thy right hand upholdeth me.My soul followeth hard after thee: thy right hand upholdeth me.and God shall be exalted. The arrows of children are their wounds:My soul followeth hard after thee: thy right hand upholdeth me.
Psalms 63:9But those that seek my soul, to destroy it, shall go into the lower parts of the earth.But those that seek my soul, to destroy [it], shall go into the lower parts of the earth;and their tongues against them are made weak. All that saw them were troubled;But those that seek my soul to destroy it, shall go into the lower parts of the earth.
Psalms 63:10They shall fall by the sword: they shall be a portion for foxes.They shall be given over to the power of the sword; they shall be the portion of foxes.and every man was afraid. And they declared the works of God: and understood his doings.They shall fall by the sword: they shall be a portion for foxes.
