Job 10:1My soul is weary of my life; I will leave my complaint upon myself; I will speak in the bitterness of my soul.My soul is weary of my life: I will give free course to my complaint; I will speak in the bitterness of my soul.My soul is weary of my life, I will let go my speech against myself, I will speak in the bitterness of my soul.
Job 10:2I will say unto God, Do not condemn me; shew me wherefore thou contendest with me.I will say unto +God, Do not condemn me; shew me wherefore thou strivest with me.I will say to God: Do not condemn me: tell me why thou judgest me so.
Job 10:3Is it good unto thee that thou shouldest oppress, that thou shouldest despise the work of thine hands, and shine upon the counsel of the wicked?Doth it please thee to oppress, that thou shouldest despise the work of thy hands, and shine upon the counsel of the wicked?Doth it seem good to thee that thou shouldst calumniate me, and oppress me, the work of thy own hands, and help the counsel of the wicked?
Job 10:4Hast thou eyes of flesh? or seest thou as man seeth?Hast thou eyes of flesh? or seest thou as man seeth?Hast thou eyes of flesh: or, shalt thou see as man seeth?
Job 10:5Are thy days as the days of man? are thy years as man's days,Are thy days as the days of a mortal? are thy years as a man's days,Are thy days as the days of man, and are thy years as the times of men:
Job 10:6That thou enquirest after mine iniquity, and searchest after my sin? That thou searchest after mine iniquity, and inquirest into my sin; That thou shouldst inquire after my iniquity, and search after my sin?
Job 10:7Thou knowest that I am not wicked; and there is none that can deliver out of thine hand.Since thou knowest that I am not wicked, and that there is none that delivereth out of thy hand? And shouldst know that I have done no wicked thing, whereas there is no man that can deliver out of thy hand.
Job 10:8Thine hands have made me and fashioned me together round about; yet thou dost destroy me.Thy hands have bound me together and made me as one, round about; yet dost thou swallow me up!Thy hands have made me, and fashioned me wholly round about, and dost thou thus cast me down headlong on a sudden?
Job 10:9Remember, I beseech thee, that thou hast made me as the clay; and wilt thou bring me into dust again?Remember, I beseech thee, that thou hast made me as clay, and wilt bring me into dust again.Remember, I beseech thee, that thou hast made me as the clay, and thou wilt bring me into dust again.
Job 10:10Hast thou not poured me out as milk, and curdled me like cheese?Hast thou not poured me out as milk, and curdled me like cheese?Hast thou not milked me as milk, and curdled me like cheese?
Job 10:11Thou hast clothed me with skin and flesh, and hast fenced me with bones and sinews.Thou hast clothed me with skin and flesh, and knit me together with bones and sinews;Thou hast clothed me with skin and flesh: thou hast put me together with bones and sinews:
Job 10:12Thou hast granted me life and favour, and thy visitation hath preserved my spirit.Thou hast granted me life and favour, and thy care hath preserved my spirit;Thou hast granted me life and mercy, and thy visitation hath preserved my spirit.
Job 10:13And these things hast thou hid in thine heart: I know that this is with thee. And these things didst thou hide in thy heart; I know that this was with thee.Although thou conceal these things in thy heart, yet I know that thou rememberest all things.
Job 10:14If I sin, then thou markest me, and thou wilt not acquit me from mine iniquity. If I sinned, thou wouldest mark me, and thou wouldest not acquit me of mine iniquity. If I have sinned and thou hast spared me for an hour: why dost thou not suffer me to be clean from my iniquity?
Job 10:15If I be wicked, woe unto me; and if I be righteous, yet will I not lift up my head. I am full of confusion; therefore see thou mine affliction; If I were wicked, woe unto me! and righteous, I will not lift up my head, being [so] full of shame, and beholding mine affliction; And if I be wicked, woe unto me: and if just, I shall not lift up my head, being filled with affliction and misery.
Job 10:16For it increaseth. Thou huntest me as a fierce lion: and again thou shewest thyself marvellous upon me.And it increaseth: thou huntest me as a fierce lion; and ever again thou shewest thy marvellous power upon me.And for pride thou wilt take me as a lioness, and returning thou tormentest me wonderfully.
Job 10:17Thou renewest thy witnesses against me, and increasest thine indignation upon me; changes and war are against me. Thou renewest thy witnesses before me and increasest thy displeasure against me; successions [of evil] and a time of toil are with me.Thou renewest thy witnesses against me, and multipliest thy wrath upon me, and pains war against me.
Job 10:18Wherefore then hast thou brought me forth out of the womb? Oh that I had given up the ghost, and no eye had seen me!And wherefore didst thou bring me forth out of the womb? I had expired, and no eye had seen me.Why didst thou bring me forth out of the womb: O that I had been consumed that eye might not see me!
Job 10:19I should have been as though I had not been; I should have been carried from the womb to the grave. I should be as though I had not been; I should have been carried from the womb to the grave.I should have been as if I had not been, carried from the womb to the grave.
Job 10:20Are not my days few? cease then, and let me alone, that I may take comfort a little, Are not my days few? cease then and let me alone, that I may revive a little,Shall not the fewness of my days be ended shortly? suffer me, therefore, that I may lament my sorrow a little:
Job 10:21Before I go whence I shall not return, even to the land of darkness and the shadow of death; Before I go, and never to return, to the land of darkness and the shadow of death; Before I go, and return no more, to a land that is dark and covered with the mist of death:
Job 10:22A land of darkness, as darkness itself; and of the shadow of death, without any order, and where the light is as darkness.A land of gloom, as darkness itself; of the shadow of death, without any order, where the light is as thick darkness.A land of misery and darkness, where the shadow of death, and no order, but everlasting horror dwelleth.
