| Psalms 88:2 | Let my prayer come before thee: incline thine ear unto my cry; | The mercies of the Lord I will sing for ever. I will shew forth thy truth with my mouth to generation and generation. | | My prayer cometh in before Thee, Incline Thine ear to my loud cry, |
| Psalms 88:3 | For my soul is full of troubles: and my life draweth nigh unto the grave. | For thou hast said: Mercy shall be built up for ever in the heavens: thy truth shall be prepared in them. | | For my soul hath been full of evils, And my life hath come to Sheol. |
