| Psalms 45:1 | My heart is inditing a good matter: I speak of the things which I have made touching the king: my tongue is the pen of a ready writer. | Unto the end, for the sons of Core, for the hidden. |
| Psalms 45:2 | Thou art fairer than the children of men: grace is poured into thy li therefore God hath blessed thee for ever. | Our God is our refuge and strength: a helper in troubles, which have found us exceedingly. |
| Psalms 45:3 | Gird thy sword upon thy thigh, O most mighty, with thy glory and thy majesty. | Therefore we will not fear, when the earth shall be troubled; and the mountains shall be removed into the heart of the sea. |
| Psalms 45:4 | And in thy majesty ride prosperously because of truth and meekness and righteousness; and thy right hand shall teach thee terrible things. | Their waters roared and were troubled: the mountains were troubled with his strength. |
| Psalms 45:5 | Thine arrows are sharp in the heart of the king's enemies; whereby the people fall under thee. | The stream of the river maketh the city of God joyful: the most High hath sanctified his own tabernacle. |

| Psalms 45:9 | Kings' daughters were among thy honourable women: upon thy right hand did stand the queen in gold of Ophir. | Come and behold ye the works of the Lord: what wonders he hath done upon earth, |
| Psalms 45:10 | Hearken, O daughter, and consider, and incline thine ear; forget also thine own people, and thy father's house; | making wars to cease even to the end of the earth. He shall destroy the bow, and break the weapons: and the shield he shall burn in the fire. |
| Psalms 45:11 | So shall the king greatly desire thy beauty: for he is thy Lord; and worship thou him. | Be still and see that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, and I will be exalted in the earth. |
