Psalms 43:1Judge me, O God, and plead my cause against an ungodly nation: O deliver me from the deceitful and unjust man.Judge me, O God, and plead my cause against an ungodly nation: O deliver me from the deceitful and unjust man.Be my judge, O God, supporting my cause against a nation without religion; O keep me from the false and evil man.Judge me, O God, And plead my cause against a nation not pious, From a man of deceit and perverseness Thou dost deliver me,
Psalms 43:2For thou art the God of my strength: why dost thou cast me off? why go I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy? For thou art the God of my strength: why dost thou cast me off? why go I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy? You are the God of my strength; why have you put me from you? why do I go in sorrow because of the attacks of my haters? For thou [art] the God of my strength. Why hast Thou cast me off? Why mourning do I go up and down, In the oppression of an enemy?
Psalms 43:3O send out thy light and thy truth: let them lead me; let them bring me unto thy holy hill, and to thy tabernacles.O send out thy light and thy truth: let them lead me; let them bring me to thy holy hill, and to thy tabernacles.O send out your light and your true word; let them be my guide: let them take me to your holy hill, and to your tents.Send forth Thy light and Thy truth, They they lead me, they bring me in, Unto Thy holy hill, and unto Thy tabernacles.
Psalms 43:4Then will I go unto the altar of God, unto God my exceeding joy: yea, upon the harp will I praise thee, O God my God. Then will I go to the altar of God, to God, my exceeding joy: yes, upon the harp will I praise thee, O God my God.Then I will go up to the altar of God, to the God of my joy; I will be glad and give praise to you on an instrument of music, O God, my God.And I go in unto the altar of God, Unto God, the joy of my rejoicing. And I thank Thee with a harp, O God, my God.
Psalms 43:5Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God. Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.Why are you crushed down, O my soul? and why are you troubled in me? put your hope in God, for I will again give him praise who is my help and my God.What! bowest thou thyself, O my soul? And what! art thou troubled within me? Wait for God, for still I confess Him, The salvation of my countenance, and my God!
