Psalms 11:1In the LORD put I my trust: How say ye to my soul, Flee as a bird to your mountain?In Yahweh do I take refuge. How can you say to my soul, "Flee as a bird to your mountain!"In Jehovah do I take refuge: How say ye to my soul, Flee [as] a bird to your mountain; To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David. In the LORD I put my trust: how say ye to my soul, Flee as a bird to your mountain?
Psalms 11:2For, lo, the wicked bend their bow, they make ready their arrow upon the string, that they may privily shoot at the upright in heart.For, behold, the wicked bend their bows. They set their arrows on the strings, That they may shoot in darkness at the upright in heart.For, lo, the wicked bend the bow, They make ready their arrow upon the string, That they may shoot in darkness at the upright in heart; For lo, the wicked bend their bow, they make ready their arrow upon the string, that they may privily shoot at the upright in heart.

Psalms 11:4The LORD is in his holy temple, the LORD's throne is in heaven: his eyes behold, his eyelids try, the children of men.Yahweh is in his holy temple. Yahweh is on his throne in heaven. Psalms 11:5The LORD trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.Yahweh examines the righteous, But the wicked and him who loves violence his soul hates.Jehovah trieth the righteous; But the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth. The LORD trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.
Psalms 11:6Upon the wicked he shall rain snares, fire and brimstone, and an horrible tempest: this shall be the portion of their cup.On the wicked he will rain blazing coals; Fire, sulfur, and scorching wind shall be the portion of their cup.Upon the wicked he will rain snares; Fire and brimstone and burning wind shall be the portion of their cup.
