| Psalms 41:1 | Blessed is he that considereth the poor: the LORD will deliver him in time of trouble. | Blessed is he who considers the poor: Yahweh will deliver him in the day of evil. | <To the chief music-maker. A Psalm. Of David.> Happy is the man who gives thought to the poor; the Lord will be his saviour in the time of trouble. | Blessed is he that considereth the poor: Jehovah will deliver him in the day of evil. |
| Psalms 41:2 | The LORD will preserve him, and keep him alive; and he shall be blessed upon the earth: and thou wilt not deliver him unto the will of his enemies. | Yahweh will preserve him, and keep him alive, He shall be blessed on the earth, And he will not surrender him to the will of his enemies. | The Lord will keep him safe, and give him life; the Lord will let him be a blessing on the earth, and will not give him into the hand of his haters. | Jehovah will preserve him, and keep him alive, And he shall be blessed upon the earth; And deliver not thou him unto the will of his enemies. |
