Psalms 33:1Rejoice in the LORD, O ye righteous: for praise is comely for the upright.Rejoice in Yahweh, you righteous! Praise is fitting for the upright.Be glad in the Lord, O doers of righteousness; for praise is beautiful for the upright.Exult, ye righteous, in Jehovah: praise is comely for the upright.
Psalms 33:2Praise the LORD with harp: sing unto him with the psaltery and an instrument of ten strings.Give thanks to Yahweh with the lyre. Sing praises to him with the harp of ten strings.Give praise to the Lord on the corded instrument; make melody to him with instruments of music.Give thanks unto Jehovah with the harp; sing psalms unto him with the ten-stringed lute.
Psalms 33:3Sing unto him a new song; play skilfully with a loud noise.Sing to him a new song. Play skillfully with a shout of joy!Make a new song to him; playing expertly with a loud noise.Sing unto him a new song; play skilfully with a loud sound.
Psalms 33:4For the word of the LORD is right; and all his works are done in truth.For the word of Yahweh is right. All his work is done in faithfulness.For the word of the Lord is upright, and all his works are certain.For the word of Jehovah is right, and all his work is in faithfulness.
Psalms 33:5He loveth righteousness and judgment: the earth is full of the goodness of the LORD.He loves righteousness and justice. The earth is full of the lovingkindness of Yahweh.His delight is in righteousness and wisdom; the earth is full of the mercy of the Lord.He loveth righteousness and judgment: the earth is full of the loving-kindness of Jehovah.

Psalms 33:10The LORD bringeth the counsel of the heathen to nought: he maketh the devices of the people of none effect.Yahweh brings the counsel of the nations to nothing. He makes the thoughts of the peoples to be of no effect.The Lord undoes the designs of the nations; he makes the thoughts of the peoples without effect.Jehovah frustrateth the counsel of the nations; he maketh the thoughts of the peoples of none effect.
Psalms 33:11The counsel of the LORD standeth for ever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations. The counsel of Yahweh stands fast forever, The thoughts of his heart to all generations.The Lord's purpose is eternal, the designs of his heart go on through all the generations of man.The counsel of Jehovah standeth for ever, the thoughts of his heart from generation to generation.
Psalms 33:12Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD: and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.Blessed is the nation whose God is Yahweh, The people whom he has chosen for his own inheritance.Happy is the nation whose God is the Lord; and the people whom he has taken for his heritage.Blessed is the nation whose God is Jehovah, the people that he hath chosen for his inheritance!

Psalms 33:14From the place of his habitation he looketh upon all the inhabitants of the earth. From the place of his habitation he looks out on all the inhabitants of the earth.From his house he keeps watch on all who are living on the earth;From the place of his habitation he looketh forth upon all the inhabitants of the earth;
Psalms 33:15He fashioneth their hearts alike; he considereth all their works.He who fashions all of their hearts. He considers all of their works.He makes all their hearts; their works are clear to him.He who fashioneth the hearts of them all, who considereth all their works.
Psalms 33:16There is no king saved by the multitude of an host: a mighty man is not delivered by much strength.There is no king saved by the multitude of a host. A mighty man is not delivered by great strength.A king's salvation is not in the power of his army; a strong man does not get free by his great strength.The king is not saved by the multitude of [his] forces; a mighty man is not delivered by much strength.
Psalms 33:17An horse is a vain thing for safety: neither shall he deliver any by his great strength.A horse is a vain thing for safety, Neither does he deliver any by his great power.A horse is a false hope; his great power will not make any man free from danger.The horse is a vain thing for safety; neither doth he deliver by his great power.
Psalms 33:18Behold, the eye of the LORD is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy;Behold, the eye of Yahweh is on those who fear him, On those who hope in his lovingkindness;See, the eye of the Lord is on those in whose hearts is the fear of him, on those whose hope is in his mercy;Behold, the eye of Jehovah is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his loving-kindness,
