| Isaiah 35:1 | The wilderness and the solitary place shall be glad for them; and the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose. | The wilderness and the dry land shall be glad; and the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose. | The waste land and the dry places will be glad; the lowland will have joy and be full of flowers. | They joy from the wilderness and dry place, And rejoice doth the desert, and flourish as the rose, |
| Isaiah 35:2 | It shall blossom abundantly, and rejoice even with joy and singing: the glory of Lebanon shall be given unto it, the excellency of Carmel and Sharon, they shall see the glory of the LORD, and the excellency of our God. | It shall blossom abundantly, and rejoice even with joy and singing; the glory of Lebanon shall be given to it, the excellency of Carmel and Sharon: they shall see the glory of Yahweh, the excellency of our God. | It will be flowering like the rose; it will be full of delight and songs; the glory of Lebanon will be given to it; the pride of Carmel and Sharon: they will see the glory of the Lord, the power of our God. | Flourishing it doth flourish, and rejoice, Yea, [with] joy and singing, The honour of Lebanon hath been given to it, The beauty of Carmel and Sharon, They they see the honour of Jehovah, The majesty of our God. |

| Isaiah 35:4 | Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompence; he will come and save you. | Tell those who are of a fearful heart, Be strong, don't be afraid: behold, your God will come [with] vengeance, [with] the recompense of God; he will come and save you. | Say to those who are full of fear, Be strong and take heart: see, your God will give punishment; the reward of God will come; he himself will come to be your saviour. | Say to the hastened of heart, `Be strong, Fear not, lo, your God; vengeance cometh, The recompence of God, He Himself doth come and save you.` |
| Isaiah 35:5 | Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped. | Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped. | Then the eyes of the blind will see, and the ears which are stopped will be open. | Then opened are eyes of the blind, And ears of the deaf are unstopped, |
| Isaiah 35:6 | Then shall the lame man leap as an hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert. | Then shall the lame man leap as a hart, and the tongue of the mute shall sing; for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert. | Then will the feeble-footed be jumping like a roe, and the voice which was stopped will be loud in song: for in the waste land streams will be bursting out, and waters in the dry places. | Then leap as a hart doth the lame, And sing doth the tongue of the dumb, For broken up in a wilderness have been waters, And streams in a desert. |
| Isaiah 35:7 | And the parched ground shall become a pool, and the thirsty land springs of water: in the habitation of dragons, where each lay, shall be grass with reeds and rushes. | The glowing sand shall become a pool, and the thirsty ground springs of water: in the habitation of jackals, where they lay, shall be grass with reeds and rushes. | And the burning sand will become a pool, and the dry earth springs of waters: the fields where the sheep take their food will become wet land, and water-plants will take the place of grass. | And the mirage hath become a pond, And the thirsty land fountains of waters, In the habitation of dragons, Its place of couching down, a court for reed and rush. |

The unclean shall not pass over it, but is shall be for for him who walks in the Way. Wicked fools will not go there. | And a highway will be there; its name will be, The Holy Way; the unclean and the sinner may not go over it, and those who go on it will not be turned out of the way by the foolish. | And a highway hath been there, and a way, And the `way of holiness` is called to it, Not pass over it doth the unclean, And He Himself [is] by them, Whoso is going in the way even fools err not. |
