Psalms 12:3May Yahweh cut off all flattering lips, And the tongue that boasts,Jehovah will cut off all flattering lips, The tongue that speaketh great things;
Psalms 12:4Who have said, "With our tongue will we prevail. Our lips are our own. Who is lord over us?"Who have said, With our tongue will we prevail; Our lips are our own: who is lord over us?
Psalms 12:5"Because of the oppression of the weak and because of the groaning of the needy, I will now arise," says Yahweh; "I will set him in safety from those who malign him."Because of the oppression of the poor, because of the sighing of the needy, Now will I arise, saith Jehovah; I will set him in the safety he panteth for.
Psalms 12:6The words of Yahweh are flawless words, As silver refined in a clay furnace, purified seven times.The words of Jehovah are pure words; As silver tried in a furnace on the earth, Purified seven times.
Psalms 12:7You will keep them, Yahweh, You will preserve them from this generation forever.Thou wilt keep them, O Jehovah, Thou wilt preserve them from this generation for ever.
