| Job 19:1 | Then Job answered, | And Job made answer and said, | And Job answered and said, | Then Job answered , and said: |
| Job 19:2 | "How long will you torment me, And crush me with words? | How long will you make my life bitter, crushing me with words? | How long will ye vex my soul, and crush me with words? | How long do you afflict my soul, and break me in pieces with words? |
| Job 19:3 | You have reproached me ten times. You aren't ashamed that you attack me. | Ten times now you have made sport of me; it gives you no sense of shame to do me wrong. | These ten times have ye reproached me; ye are not ashamed to stupefy me. | Behold, these ten times you confound me, and are not ashamed to oppress me. |
| Job 19:4 | If it is true that I have erred, My error remains with myself. | And, truly, if I have been in error, the effect of my error is only on myself. | And be it [that] I have erred, mine error remaineth with myself. | For if I have been ignorant, my ignorance shall be with me. |
| Job 19:5 | If indeed you will magnify yourselves against me, And plead against me my reproach; | If you make yourselves great against me, using my punishment as an argument against me, | If indeed ye will magnify yourselves against me, and prove against me my reproach, | But you have set yourselves up against me, and reprove me with my reproaches. |
| Job 19:6 | Know now that God has subverted me, And has surrounded me with his net. | Be certain that it is God who has done me wrong, and has taken me in his net. | Know now that +God hath overthrown me, and hath surrounded me with his net. | At least now understand, that God hath not afflicted me with an equal judgment, and compassed me with his scourges. |

| Job 19:8 | He has walled up my way so that I can't pass, And has set darkness in my paths. | My way is walled up by him so that I may not go by: he has made my roads dark. | He hath hedged up my way that I cannot pass, and he hath set darkness in my paths. | He hath hedged in my path round about, and I cannot pass, and in my way he hath set darkness. |

| Job 19:15 | Those who dwell in my house, and my maids, count me for a stranger. I am an alien in their sight. | I am strange to my women-servants, and seem to them as one from another country. | The sojourners in my house and my maids count me as a stranger; I am an alien in their sight. | They that dwelt in my house, and my maidservants have counted me a stranger, and I have been like an alien in their eyes. |

They whom I loved have turned against me. | All the men of my circle keep away from me; and those dear to me are turned against me. | All my intimate friends abhor me, and they whom I loved are turned against me. | They that were sometime my counsellors, have abhorred me: and he whom I love most is turned against me. |
| Job 19:20 | My bones stick to my skin and to my flesh. I have escaped by the skin of my teeth. | My bones are joined to my skin, and I have got away with my flesh in my teeth. | My bones cleave to my skin and to my flesh, and I am escaped with the skin of my teeth. | The flesh being consumed. My bone hath cleaved to my skin, and nothing but lips are left about my teeth. |
| Job 19:21 | "Have pity on me, have pity on me, you my friends; For the hand of God has touched me. | Have pity on me, have pity on me, O my friends! for the hand of God is on me. | Have pity upon me, have pity upon me, ye my friends; for the hand of +God hath touched me. | Have pity on me, have pity on me, at least you my friends, because the hand of the Lord hath touched me. |

Who will grant me that they may be marked down in a book? |
| Job 19:24 | That with an iron pen and lead They were engraved in the rock forever! | And with an iron pen and lead be cut into the rock for ever! | That with an iron style and lead they were graven in the rock for ever! | With an iron pen and in a plate of lead, or else be graven with an instrument in flint stone. |
| Job 19:25 | But as for me, I know that my Redeemer lives. In the end, he will stand upon the earth. | But I am certain that he who will take up my cause is living, and that in time to come he will take his place on the dust; | And [as for] me, I know that my Redeemer liveth, and the Last, he shall stand upon the earth; | For I know that my Redeemer liveth, and in the last day I shall rise out of the earth. |

| Job 19:29 | Be afraid of the sword, For wrath brings the punishments of the sword, That you may know there is a judgment." | Be in fear of the sword, for the sword is the punishment for such things, so that you may be certain that there is a judge. | Be ye yourselves afraid of the sword! for the sword is fury against misdeeds, that ye may know there is a judgment. | Flee then from the face of the sword, for the sword is the revenger of iniquities: and know ye that there is judgment. |
