| Psalms 75:1 | We give thanks to you, God, We give thanks, for your Name is near. Men tell about your wondrous works. | <To the chief music-maker; put to Al-tashheth. A Psalm. Of Asaph. A Song.> To you, O God, we give praise, to you we give praise: and those who give honour to your name make clear your works of power. | {To the chief Musician. 'Destroy not.' | Psalms 75:2 | When I choose the appointed time, I will judge blamelessly. | When the right time has come, I will be the judge in righteousness. | When I shall receive the assembly, I will judge with equity. | |
| Psalms 75:3 | The earth and all its inhabitants quake. I firmly hold its pillars. Selah. | When the earth and all its people become feeble, I am the support of its pillars. (Selah.) | The earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved: I have established its pillars. Selah. | |
