| Psalms 22:1 | My God, my God, why have you forsaken me? Why are you so far from helping me, and from the words of my groaning? | <To the chief music-maker on Aijeleth-hash-shahar. A Psalm. Of David.> My God, my God, why are you turned away from me? why are you so far from helping me, and from the words of my crying? | A psalm for David. | Psalms 22:2 | My God, I cry in the daytime, but you don't answer; In the night season, and am not silent. | O my God, I make my cry in the day, and you give no answer; and in the night, and have no rest. | He hath set me in a place of pasture. He hath brought me up, on the water of refreshment: | O my God, I cry in the day-time, but thou hearest not; and in the night season, and am not silent. |
