| Psalms 23:1 | Yahweh is my shepherd: I shall lack nothing. | <A Psalm. Of David.> The Lord takes care of me as his sheep; I will not be without any good thing. | A Psalm of David. Jehovah [is] my shepherd, I do not lack, | The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. |
| Psalms 23:2 | He makes me to lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. | He makes a resting-place for me in the green fields: he is my guide by the quiet waters. | In pastures of tender grass He causeth me to lie down, By quiet waters He doth lead me. | He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. |
| Psalms 23:3 | He restores my soul.
