| Psalms 65:1 | Praise waits for you, God, in Zion. To you shall vows be performed. | <To the chief music-maker. A Psalm. Of David. A Song.> It is right for you, O God, to have praise in Zion: to you let the offering be made. |
| Psalms 65:2 | You who hear prayer, To you all men will come. | To you, O hearer of prayer, let the words of all flesh come. |
| Psalms 65:3 | Sins overwhelmed me, But you atoned for our transgressions. | Evils have overcome us: but as for our sins, you will take them away. |
| Psalms 65:4 | Blessed is one whom you choose, and cause to come near, That he may live in your courts. We will be filled with the goodness of your house, Your holy temple. | Happy is the man of your selection, to whom you give a resting-place in your house; we will be full of the good things out of your holy place. |
| Psalms 65:5 | By awesome deeds of righteousness, you answer us, God of our salvation. You who are the hope of all the ends of the earth, Of those who are far away on the sea; | You will give us an answer in righteousness by great acts of power, O God of our salvation; you who are the hope of all the ends of the earth, and of the far-off lands of the sea; |
| Psalms 65:6 | Who by his power forms the mountains, Having armed yourself with strength; | The God by whose strength the mountains are fixed; who is robed with power: |
| Psalms 65:7 | Who stills the roaring of the seas, The roaring of their waves, And the turmoil of the nations. | Who makes the loud voice of the sea quiet, and puts an end to the sound of its waves. |
| Psalms 65:8 | They also who dwell in far-away places are afraid at your wonders. You call the morning's dawn and the evening with songs of joy. | Those in the farthest parts of the earth have fear when they see your signs: the outgoings of the morning and evening are glad because of you. |
| Psalms 65:9 | You visit the earth, and water it. You greatly enrich it. The river of God is full of water. You provide them grain, for so you have ordained it. | You have given your blessing to the earth, watering it and making it fertile; the river of God is full of water: and having made it ready, you give men grain. |
| Psalms 65:10 | You drench its furrows. You level its ridges. You soften it with showers. You bless it with a crop. | You make the ploughed lands full of water; you make smooth the slopes: you make the earth soft with showers, sending your blessing on its growth. |

| Psalms 65:12 | The wilderness grasslands overflow. The hills are clothed with gladness. | Falling on the grass of the waste land: and the little hills are glad on every side. |
| Psalms 65:13 | The pastures are covered with flocks. The valleys also are clothed with grain. They shout for joy! They also sing. Psalm 66 For the Chief Musician. A song. A Psalm. | The grass-land is thick with flocks; the valleys are full of grain; they give glad cries and songs of joy. |
