How long will mockers delight themselves in mockery, And fools hate knowledge? | How long, simple ones, will ye love simpleness, and scorners take pleasure in their scorning, and the foolish hate knowledge? | How long, you simple ones, will foolish things be dear to you? and pride a delight to the haters of authority? how long will the foolish go on hating knowledge? | `Till when, ye simple, do ye love simplicity? And have scorners their scorning desired? And do fools hate knowledge? |
| Proverbs 1:23 | Turn at my reproof. Behold, I will pour out my spirit on you.
