| Psalms 6:1 | Yahweh, don't rebuke me in your anger, Neither discipline me in your wrath. | {To the chief Musician. On stringed instruments, upon Sheminith. A Psalm of David.} Jehovah, rebuke me not in thine anger, and chasten me not in thy hot displeasure. | To the Overseer with stringed instruments, on the octave. A Psalm of David. O Jehovah, in Thine anger reprove me not, Nor in Thy fury chastise me. | To the chief Musician on Neginoth upon Sheminith, A Psalm of David. O LORD, rebuke me not in thy anger, neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure. |
| Psalms 6:2 | Have mercy on me, Yahweh, for I am faint. Yahweh, heal me, for my bones are troubled. | Be gracious unto me, Jehovah, for I am withered; Jehovah, heal me, for my bones tremble. | Favour me, O Jehovah, for I [am] weak, Heal me, O Jehovah, For troubled have been my bones, | Have mercy upon me, O LORD; for I am weak: O LORD, heal me; for my bones are agitated. |
