| Isaiah 8:1 | Yahweh said to me, Take a great tablet, and write on it with the pen of a man, For Maher-shalal-hash-baz; | And the Lord said to me: Take thee a great book, and write in it with a man's pen. Take sway the spoils with speed, quickly take the prey. | And the Lord said to me, Take a great writing-board, and on it put down in common letters, Maher-shalal-hash-baz; | And Jehovah saith unto me, `Take to thee a great tablet, and write upon it with a graving tool of man, To haste spoil, enjoy prey.` |

For the living unto the dead! |
