Psalms 25:1By David. Unto Thee, O Jehovah, my soul I lift up.{[A Psalm] of David.} Unto thee, Jehovah, do I lift up my soul.Unto the end, a psalm for David. Judge me, O Lord, for I have walked in my innocence: and I have put my trust in the Lord, and shall not be weakened.
Psalms 25:2My God, in Thee I have trusted, Let me not be ashamed, Let not mine enemies exult over me.My God, I confide in thee; let me not be ashamed, let not mine enemies triumph over me.Prove me, O Lord, and try me; burn my reins and my heart.
Psalms 25:3Also let none waiting on Thee be ashamed, Let the treacherous dealers without cause be ashamed.Yea, none that wait on thee shall be ashamed: they shall be ashamed that deal treacherously without cause. For thy mercy is before my eyes; and I am well pleased with thy truth.
Psalms 25:4Thy ways, O Jehovah, cause me to know, Thy paths teach Thou me.Make me to know thy ways, O Jehovah; teach me thy paths.I have not sat with the council of vanity: neither will I go in with the doers of unjust things.
Psalms 25:5Cause me to tread in Thy truth, and teach me, For Thou [art] the God of my salvation, Near Thee I have waited all the day.Make me to walk in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day.I have hated the assembly of the malignant; and with the wicked I will not sit.
Psalms 25:6Remember Thy mercies, O Jehovah, And Thy kindnesses, for from the age [are] they.Remember, Jehovah, thy tender mercies and thy loving-kindnesses; for they are from everlasting.I will wash my hands among the innocent; and will compass thy altar, O Lord:
Psalms 25:7Sins of my youth, and my transgressions, Do not Thou remember. According to Thy kindness be mindful of me, For Thy goodness` sake, O Jehovah.Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions; according to thy loving-kindness remember thou me, for thy goodness' sake, Jehovah. That I may hear the voice of thy praise: and tell of all thy wondrous works.
Psalms 25:8Good and upright [is] Jehovah, Therefore He directeth sinners in the way.Good and upright is Jehovah; therefore will he instruct sinners in the way:I have loved, O Lord, the beauty of thy house; and the place where thy glory dwelleth.
Psalms 25:9He causeth the humble to tread in judgment, And teacheth the humble His way.The meek will he guide in judgment, and the meek will he teach his way.Take not away my soul, O God, with the wicked: nor my life with bloody men:
Psalms 25:10All the paths of Jehovah [are] kindness and truth, To those keeping His covenant, And His testimonies. All the paths of Jehovah are loving-kindness and truth for such as keep his covenant and his testimonies. In whose hands are iniquities: their right hand is filled with gifts.
Psalms 25:11For Thy name`s sake, O Jehovah, Thou hast pardoned mine iniquity, for it [is] great. For thy name's sake, O Jehovah, thou wilt indeed pardon mine iniquity; for it is great. But as for me, I have walked in my innocence: redeem me, and have mercy on me.
Psalms 25:12Who [is] this the man fearing Jehovah? He directeth him in the way He doth choose. What man is he that feareth Jehovah? him will he instruct in the way [that] he should choose. My foot hath stood in the direct way: in the churches I will bless thee, O Lord.
Psalms 25:13His soul in good doth remain, And his seed doth possess the land. His soul shall dwell in prosperity, and his seed shall inherit the earth.
Psalms 25:14The secret of Jehovah [is] for those fearing Him, And His covenant to cause them to know. The secret of Jehovah is with them that fear him, that he may make known his covenant to them.
Psalms 25:15Mine eyes [are] continually unto Jehovah, For He bringeth out from a net my feet.Mine eyes are ever toward Jehovah; for he will bring my feet out of the net.
Psalms 25:16Turn Thou unto me, and favour me, For lonely and afflicted [am] I.Turn toward me, and be gracious unto me; for I am solitary and afflicted.
Psalms 25:17The distresses of my heart have enlarged themselves, From my distresses bring me out.The troubles of my heart are increased: bring me out of my distresses;
Psalms 25:18See mine affliction and my misery, And bear with all my sins.Consider mine affliction and my travail, and forgive all my sins.
Psalms 25:19See my enemies, for they have been many, And with violent hatred they have hated me.Consider mine enemies, for they are many, and they hate me [with] cruel hatred.
Psalms 25:20Keep my soul, and deliver me, Let me not be ashamed, for I trusted in Thee.Keep my soul, and deliver me: let me not be ashamed; for I trust in thee.
Psalms 25:21Integrity and uprightness do keep me, For I have waited [on] Thee.Let integrity and uprightness preserve me; for I wait on thee.
Psalms 25:22Redeem Israel, O God, from all his distresses!Redeem Israel, O God, out of all his troubles.
