| Psalms 29:1 | A Psalm of David. Ascribe to Jehovah, ye sons of the mighty, Ascribe to Jehovah honour and strength. | {A Psalm of David.} Give unto Jehovah, ye sons of the mighty ones, give unto Jehovah glory and strength; | A psalm of a canticle, at the dedication of David's house. | Ascribe to Yahweh, you sons of the mighty, Ascribe to Yahweh glory and strength. |
| Psalms 29:2 | Ascribe to Jehovah the honour of His name, Bow yourselves to Jehovah, In the beauty of holiness. | Give unto Jehovah the glory of his name; worship Jehovah in holy splendour. | I will extol thee, O Lord, for thou hast upheld me: and hast not made my enemies to rejoice over me. | Ascribe to Yahweh the glory due to his name. Worship Yahweh in holy array. |

| Psalms 29:10 | Jehovah on the deluge hath sat, And Jehovah sitteth king to the age, | Jehovah sitteth upon the flood; yea, Jehovah sitteth as king for ever. | What profit is there in my blood, whilst I go down to corruption? Shall dust confess to thee, or declare thy truth? | Yahweh sat enthroned at the Flood. Yes, Yahweh sits as King forever. |
