| Psalms 48:1 | A Song, a Psalm, by sons of Korah. Great [is] Jehovah, and praised greatly, In the city of our God His holy hill. | {A Song; a Psalm. Of the sons of Korah.} Great is Jehovah, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in the hill of his holiness. | Unto the end, a psalm for the sons of Core. | Great is Yahweh, and greatly to be praised, In the city of our God, in his holy mountain. |
| Psalms 48:2 | Beautiful [for] elevation, A joy of all the land, [is] Mount Zion, The sides of the north, the city of a great king. | Beautiful in elevation, the joy of the whole earth, is mount Zion, [on] the sides of the north, the city of the great King. | Hear these things, all ye nations: give ear, all ye inhabitants of the world. | Beautiful in elevation, the joy of the whole earth, Is Mount Zion, on the north sides, The city of the great King. |
| Psalms 48:3 | God in her high places is known for a tower. | God is known in her palaces as a high fortress. | All you that are earthborn, and you sons of men: both rich and poor together. | God has shown himself in her citadels as a refuge. |
