| Psalms 76:1 | To the Overseer with stringed instruments. A Psalm of Asaph. A Song. In Judah [is] God known, in Israel His name [is] great. | {To the chief Musician. On stringed instruments. A Psalm of Asaph: a Song.} In Judah is God known, his name is great in Israel; | Unto the end, for Idithun, a psalm of Asaph. | In Judah, God is known. His name is great in Israel. |
| Psalms 76:2 | And His tabernacle is in Salem, And His habitation in Zion. | And in Salem is his tent, and his dwelling-place in Zion. | I cried to the Lord with my voice; to God with my voice, and he gave ear to me. | His tent is also in Salem; His dwelling-place in Zion. |
| Psalms 76:3 | There he hath shivered arrows of a bow, Shield, and sword, and battle. Selah. | There broke he the flashings of the bow, shield and sword and battle. | Psalms 76:7 | Thou, fearful [art] Thou, And who doth stand before Thee, Since Thou hast been angry! | Thou, thou art to be feared, and who can stand before thee when once thou art angry? | And I meditated in the night with my own heart: and I was exercised and I swept my spirit. | You, even you, are to be feared. Who can stand in your sight when you are angry? |

| Psalms 76:10 | For the fierceness of man praiseth Thee, The remnant of fierceness Thou girdest on. | For the fury of man shall praise thee; the remainder of fury wilt thou gird on thyself. | Or will God forget to shew mercy? or will he in his anger shut up his mercies? | Surely the wrath of man praises you. The survivors of your wrath are restrained. |
| Psalms 76:11 | Vow and complete to Jehovah your God, All ye surrounding him. They bring presents to the Fearful One. | Vow and pay unto Jehovah your God: let all that are round about him bring presents unto him that is to be feared. | And I said, Now have I begun: this is the change of the right hand of the most High. | Make vows to Yahweh your God, and fulfill them! Let all of his neighbors bring presents to him who is to be feared. |
