| Job 36:1 | And Elihu addeth and saith: | And Elihu proceeded and said, | Elihu also continued, and said, | Elihu also proceeded, and said, |
| Job 36:2 | Honour me a little, and I shew thee, That yet for God [are] words. | Suffer me a little, and I will shew thee that I have yet words for +God. | "Bear with me a little, and I will show you; For I still have something to say on God's behalf. | Suffer me a little, and I will show thee that I have yet to speak on God's behalf. |

| Job 36:18 | Lest He move thee with a stroke, And the abundance of an atonement turn thee not aside. | Because there is wrath, [beware] lest it take thee away through chastisement: then a great ransom could not avail thee. | Don't let riches entice you to wrath, Neither let the great size of a bribe turn you aside. | Because there is wrath, beware lest he take thee away with his stroke: then a great ransom cannot deliver thee. |
| Job 36:19 | Doth He value thy riches? He hath gold, and all the forces of power. | Will he esteem thy riches? Not gold, nor all the resources of strength! | Would your wealth sustain you in distress, Or all the might of your strength? | Will he esteem thy riches? no, not gold, nor all the forces of strength. |
