| Psalms 81:1 | To the Overseer. `On the Gittith.` By Asaph. Cry aloud to God our strength, Shout to the God of Jacob. | To the chief Musician upon Gittith, A Psalm of Asaph. Sing aloud to God our strength: make a joyful noise to the God of Jacob. | Sing aloud to God, our strength! Make a joyful noise to the God of Jacob! | A psalm for Asaph. God hath stood in the congregation of gods: and being in the midst of them he judgeth gods. |
| Psalms 81:2 | Lift up a song, and give out a timbrel, A pleasant harp with psaltery. | Take a psalm, and bring hither the timbrel, the pleasant harp with the psaltery. | Raise a song, and bring here the tambourine, The pleasant lyre with the harp. | How long will you judge unjustly: and accept the persons of the wicked? |
| Psalms 81:3 | Blow in the month a trumpet, In the new moon, at the day of our festival, | Blow the trumpet in the new moon, in the time appointed, on our solemn feast day. | Blow the trumpet at the New Moon, At the full moon, on our feast day. | Judge for the needy and fatherless: do justice to the humble and the poor. |
