| Psalms 14:1 | To the Overseer. By David. A fool hath said in his heart, `God is not;` They have done corruptly, They have done abominable actions, There is not a doer of good. | | A psalm of David. Lord, who shall dwell in thy tabernacle? or who shall rest in thy holy hill? | To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David. The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good. |
| Psalms 14:2 | Jehovah from the heavens Hath looked on the sons of men, To see if there is a wise one seeking God. | | He that walketh without blemish, and worketh justice: | The LORD looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God. |
| Psalms 14:3 | The whole have turned aside, Together they have been filthy: There is not a doer of good, not even one. | | He that speaketh truth in his heart, who hath not used deceit in his tongue: Nor hath done evil to his neighbour: nor taken up a reproach against his neighbours. | They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one. |

Those consuming my people have eaten bread, Jehovah they have not called. | | In his sight the malignant is brought to nothing: but he glorifieth them that fear the Lord. He that sweareth to his neighbour, and deceiveth not; | Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread, and call not upon the LORD. |
