| Psalms 47:1 | To the Overseer. By sons of Korah. A Psalm. All ye peoples, clap the hand, Shout to God with a voice of singing, | | Oh clap your hands, all you nations. Shout to God with the voice of triumph! | A psalm of a canticle, for the sons of Core, on the second day of the week. |
| Psalms 47:2 | For Jehovah Most High [is] fearful, A great king over all the earth. | | For Yahweh Most High is awesome. He is a great King over all the earth. | Great is the Lord, and exceedingly to be praised in the city of our God, in his holy mountain. |
| Psalms 47:3 | He leadeth peoples under us, and nations under our feet. | | He subdues nations under us, And peoples under our feet. | With the joy of the whole earth is mount Sion founded, on the sides of the north, the city of the great king. |
